Electronic Evidence without certificate under Section 65-B, Indian Evidence Act, 1872. This session is very important for learning the process of proving electronic records in the court of law In this video certain important aspects such as Electronic Record, Electronic Certificate, and provision of Section 65B, Indian Evidence Act,, 1872 is discussed. In this video Hon'ble Supreme Court important judgments on proof and admissibility is discussed. viz. (1). Anvar P.V. v. P.K. Basheer, (2014) 10 SCC 473, (2). Shafhi Mohammad v. State of H.P, (2018) 2 SCC 801, (3). Arjun Panditrao Khotkar v. Kailash Kushanrao Gorantyal, 2020, Decided on 14.07.2020.

Sir, I have electronic evidence - audio video and photos. But it is of year 2015 i.e. more than 5 years old. Is it maintainable under court in family dispute case? What should I need to do to make it maintainable?

Sir aapke dwara 3rd case law ko acche se clear nhi liya gya, so please make a new video for that particular case
Sir now it means that if some one wants to provide e evidence in court so now he or she can provide it without the electronic certificate and only the device is being needed to be showen in court no need for the certificate if the device is there with the party and if something is there which can not be proved physically or the electronic evidence is in some manner which can not be present as device then the certificate is needed

Sir, यदि कंप्यूटर से किसी साक्ष्य का पेपर प्रिंट आउट लिया गया है और पुलिस के द्वारा उसको कोर्ट में चालान के साथ पेश भी किया जा चुका है परंतु पुलिस ने 65 बी साक्ष्य अधिनियम का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं लगाया है तो इस स्थिति में कोर्ट एविडेंस मान्य करेगी या नहीं please reply 🙏

hello sir, are google earth pictures are addmited in court ... gogle earth supports historical pics which lets us take pick from 2000 .. this is cruail evidence in land encroachment cases. are thse admissible in court

Sir, Vadi ne court me original mobile/laptop/FB link etc na diya ho, sir Saath hi 65B Ka certificate bhi na diya ho, aur court ne bhi Bina reason byte us electronic evidence ko Le liya ho, to kya us evidence pr cross examination ho sakta hai

1) Sir if original source of voice recording is not available or got destroyed somehow but details of original source is known and copy of the voice recording copied from the original source is available then the piece of evidence will be admissible or not.
2) If the original source device is available but the content is somehow deleted from the original source and copy of the content copied from original source is available then admissible or not.
