what a detail bro, not even yamaha service guy will know about it in this kind of detail. Keep it up bro..... and one more trick is you don't need to remove any panel for idle adjustment you just need a small screw which can fit in there for idle adjustment.

Hello my fz25 rpm increases only when it gets hot. Why is it so?
Dont know the exact reason but might be happening due to tappet as metal expand with heat and clearance changes.

Sir agar aap nhi pta ki rpm kyu kuch dino baad drap ho jata hai toh india me koi bhi nhi baata sakta hai .
Hi , i am sensing some burning like smell (apart from enigine smell)... first i thought its bcz of clutch plates so i got them replaced and changed the engine oil etc... but still that burning smell is there from the enigine head part... and its not constant smell i mean i smell it quite often but not constantly... i just want to know that is it normal in all fz25 to observe some strange burning like smell..? I m worried bcz i have never smelled such smell from any other bike.... and my mechanic says there is no smell.. but i can sense it.
New engines do have burning smell. I don't know how old yours

it's the dirt that gets sticks to the exhaust and it smells like the rubbber thing when it is heated don't worry
