Everyday , while our "work out" we always say that your practice is tougher... but each day we find a bit of improvement in ourselves and tell to our own selves "how genuinely he teaches through his videos also". Sir namaskar main Bachpan se yoga kar rha hun thoda thoda but pichle 12 salo se mere right knee mein padmasana ke karaan dard aa gya tha jo ab bhi ab to infact knee jyada bend karne ke baad sidha karne par tak tak ki awaz aati hai baki sab normal hai aasans karne mei. Problem hoti hai
@@yogirohitahuja I am Neelam. Rudra ji, some people have limited bone structure which restricts their range of motion. It is not possible for some people to reach this extreme of flexibility. Plus natural flexibility plays a big part in how flexible we become. You should know as you have trained many kids and there are some who don't have the mobility that these kids of yours have.
Sir I have been following videos of this channel for around a month... Recently doing stretching I got injury on my inner thigh muscle and it is painting tremendously..... Sir what to do?? Now I am not able to do full forward stretching.. Please help sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
greetings, please use neem oil and apply two to three times by gently rubbing . It really works well quickly. Dont believe in pain killer tablets, my personnel experience. warm regards
