When you rapid fire it like that the shots are much weaker than they can be, your tank gets cold and the pressure drops quite a bit, even just leaving a second between shots will make a huge difference in power.

It looks like a low power variable scope like a (1-6x) they are usually more narrow towards the muzzle.
I have the same air rifle, he has it backwards.

The Charging handle is actually used for piercing the Co2 Cartridge for the first shot only after that you can shot the pellet gun until it empties
I would love it if they had this version of the gun in airsoft using a similar co2 system.
