Wow! That is a great layout and wonderful features for a smaller unit, especially one without a slideout. I haven't seen a unit yet that feels that spacious without the slide. It would pretty much be a one butt kitchen but I cook as much outside as possible when camping anyway. This would certainly work well even if needing to cook inside.
I really wish the manufacturers would get away from scissor jacks. The ones that angle down are more stable.
Over all it's a nice floor plan, but the microwave placement is terrible.
We just saw and are ordering in this great layout for 25'. The way the fridge area angles it absolutely tricks the eye to thinking there is a slide and the windows don't hurt either!
would love to see a variation with a murphy bed (in place of the permanent bed) and a larger/longer dinette (replace the existing sofa and tiny dinette with a larger more spacious one).
I agree that the suspension is the most important part of the trailer. You can’t go cheap on that. I don’t want to drive down the road and the next thing I see is the suspension cracking and the wheels coming off. Other than that, it’s a nice layout.
If I were in the market for a new camper this would be at the top of my list.
Geez, suspension a big issue here! Also acrylic windows all around and despite weight, porcelain toilet is a must! Agree floor plan is excellent. Thanks for the review!

Your correct with the suspension. They went from top of the line to bargain basement. Pretty piss poor in my opinion and I'd probably not consider buying one based on that.
First layout I have liked in a long time even from much larger rigs. I am curious about the numbers when they become available.

Awesome I like it very much. I like everything about it..especially no slides storage even in the restroom and being able to close off the bedroom for privacy. And it is roomy. Like a little storage in the bedroom othe than that very nice.

would you be willing to make a video on aftermarket suspension improvements? This is all good but the suspension. Figures thats what they would cut. But I love this Floorplan! And colors!

Owned a new 2018 RP180 for a year. Had several spots in the floor where the daylight came in. Had 3 major water leaks in the roof at the same time, plus a leak in the front storage. Absolute piece of junk. Sold it after the roof was reskinned.

New favorite floor plan with no slide. Can’t wait to see what the dry weight is. Is R Pod part of Surveyor family of forest River? I see some of the same finishings in both.
Looks like a good empty nester weekend and short trip unit, while getting ready for a retirement unit (my life at the moment). Like the no slides-still appears roomy inside. Will look forward to seeing this one at a rv show
overall nice but switch out the booth for longer counter space that can work as a table also .and table inserts for the couch

Not to bad I think but I do not like where they put the microwave. It's practically in the floor.
For me personally, would like a bar table instead of booth.
They should consider the new Kurt solid axel, coil springs, shock absorbers and cross-stabilizer bar suspension.
It bridges the gap between the Kurt independent suspension and the standard leaf spring suspension or Dexter rubber torsion axles.
Thanks for the video. I like the overall layout, especially with it being no slide. But the TV could've & should've been more centered to the sofa. Why is there a cabinet to the left first. Switch the tv and cabinet. Also the microwave is too low. Othwerwise everything else is nice.

Being a tad bit older the microwave position is a 100% deal breaker . How are people suppose to see the controls ? Maybe its the video angle but it looks like maybe 3 foot wide back there so a person would have to lay on there side to see the controls .

This would be perfect for when I retire and my wife is still working. She would have room to work remotely. And the bed isn’t modular. Did they have a model number on that on by any chance?

But RPods I have seen are not of very good quality
HAAA, 3:03 Forest River thinking a 2-door Jeep Wrangler is good for 3500lbs! Why don’t we just make it a single axle trailer and ignore that there’s no towing/ integrated brake control for Jeeps, and 2-doors do not have 7-pin, while we’re at it.

I'd live in it lol. I was curious if you could start saying whether or not these rv's/campers are 4 season rated or if they're only 3 season for us northerners!
Love watching your videos but find it difficult to watch them now. Could you possibly not swing around so quickly with your camera. It’s difficult to really focus on an area and always feel like you’re on a swing or a boat with the motion. My husband is having the problem. Keep doing what you’re doing, just a little slower! 😊

Not ideal type scissor jacks. 2 burner stove wiyh microwave below not ideal. Give me a 3 burner with an oven option. Hope that wasn't a camp queen. It's pretty nice in general but details matter.
The lower cost system is a total joke.
Dude this is typical forest river junk! This is just a pig with lipstick. The camper may fall apart but it will at least look good. I guarantee the axles arent even rated appropriately. They didnt even use a high quality torsion axles just cheap leaf spring junk. Literally none of the things you pointed out matter unless the frame and axles are high quality. Quit propping up this awful company they don’t stand for high quality. We have to quit giving these companies who don’t care about their customers free marketing. The industry is never going to change until we as the customer quit buying this junk and start asking for better higher quality campers. I mean to top it all off you paid a ridiculous amount for this junk and they have the nerve to install those cheap scissor jacks. Its like an absolute slap in the face.
