I’d like to thank you, Bill, for reviewing our trailer. Your channel has been a great inspiration to us in our build. We had a great time at the Rendezvous and look forward to continuing to be a part of this wonderful community!
Nice build, My wife and I had sold our house and most of our belongings and went Full Time RVing for just over 2 1/2 years. We have since sold the RV and settled back down into a small 2 bedroom house in Kentucky. JT
Yes, I don't think based on whst I have read that people do go RV I g full time, do it for 30 + yrs. They do it few a few years and then settle down again.
Hopefully you are still reading comments? We had a 7X16 very similar to yours. We also had a seasonal camper, and used the 7X16 to shuttle things back and forth. But, we found an issue. I didn't recognize yours brand name. Ours was the same, a new what we called "pop-up" builder of utility trailers, all competing for $$ market share. Everything on ours was built very well, even LED lights. Except what we couldn't see! The axles! They were 3500# and had alloy wheels, very nice. Springs and hangers looked good, but, the tubes were thin walled. After 2 years the axle broke at the spring mount on the front axle while in a turn! We had it hauled to a trailer shop where they took both of them apart. There are apparently 2-3 grades, in our case 3, of axles they use. All different "use ratings" (not weight ratings!). Ours was the lowest of the 3, and they said never should have been used in our application! Before you go too far, I would have a reputable trailer shop take them apart, and confirm the thickness of the tube used for the axle, and be sure it is rated for what you are doing! This is very important!! It could cause an accident, and/or you losing control of your trailer on the road!! We paid about $1800 for all new parts, inc axles. Well worth it!! Good luck, Peace --gary
Thank you Gary for that information. That might something we want to have checked out now that our trailer is complete. We've been in the road for a couple months and have about 18 campsites under our belt in total. We are settled right now for the holidays so this works be a good time to have that checked.😊
What brand axles did your trailer have? I've never heard of axle :grades" other than the weight rating. An axle can't be disassembled to determine the thickness of the axle tube wall without cutting things apart and then welding it back together. A typical trailer shop doesn't have the jigs and alignment fixtures to ensure the spindle would be welded back to the tube at the proper alignment.
Maybe they have a middle ledge to make it into queen bed?. I hope they have foldable table to eat on and play games/crafts, prepare food. Windows on the side for natural light would be better.
What a great build, that’s one you can spend time in the rain and the heat. It’s got everything and looks great too. Definitely a home to live comfortably in.
Great build, but it definitely will not be fun for any length of time when it’s hot out or raining out days on end being cooped up in a sardine can, especially with a couple of dogs, been there done it in a 20’ absolutely not, gets old wicked quick
@@ar15gatorAaron and I have had practice. Harvey flooded our home and we lived in a small RV in our drive way for almost a year while we remodeled. Then again, when building our next home. Thank goodness we like each other a LOT. 😆

Continental Cargo is built in Silverton Oregon! Good for you! I looked at many cargo trailers and chose a 10'x7'x6'wide drop ramp style like that to use as a camper. I made a Murphy style bunk with a drop table on the back side of it for more open space. My spare tire is mounted to the back of the drop ramp, about chest high for easier accessibility and handling. It works as a ground spacer too. Kudos to you, great choice! 👍
Alright, I love this build. It is absolutely perfect for us. I watched it twice back to back. This man has such a great personality and came up with such a perfect floor plan for such a small space. After watching this video, you have a new subscriber.👍😁
I live full time in my 33ft tt and also have one of these trailers for storage. I've been thinking about selling the camper and doing this with my utility trailer. Thanks for showing me that it can be done!
This is not only Beautiful, but functional as well! I love that it has a full bath and kitchen, nice closet and storage under bed, SO CUTE! That green is Perfect, plus it's roomy and comfy too! Would they consider building and selling, same set up, for folk like me without a clue?
@@barbarabuford5795 I m afraid we only have one build in us! It was arduous and fun, but turns out there’s a lot of heavy lifting involved! I regret that I have but one back to give for my cargo trailer!

Really nice work. Good video Bill. My wife and I are laughing so hard. We thought we had picked a color that know one else had used in there build. Arron and Lynn have used the same interior colors. Great minds think alike. Lol.

This looks so nice. I think I would really miss having a living space to sit in. Maybe if the bed would convert into a couch would make it work for me.
Hi! We do use our beds like sofa seating. When camping, we consider outside, under our side awning,as our living room. Also our back ramp acts like a deck or porch. We also have a Gazelle. Hope these ideas or options help. 😊
Thank you for your time to reply to my comment. Yes, I'm an animal / dog lover. I was concerned for your dogs' sleeping space, as I am Ozzy & know their sizes & their litte boxes did seem too small.
Hi Jane, our Aussies are MINIS and our kennels were chosen for the height and size of the largest of the three. Our trailer was pretty much built for us and our needs including our pups needs. 😊
Aaron, nicely done. Bet you're glad for the extra ceiling height. Bill, maybe you could get into the solar a little bit for those who are interested. Love your channel.
Actually that would have way more drag being that tall. Instead add a couple feet in length if you're worried about space. I have an 8x16 with the V-nose. Its set up to haul my Harley along. Plenty of room.
That’s a great rig. A bit too small for me but it’s awesome. Make sure both of you can tow your rig. You’d be surprised how many spouses can’t. If for whatever reason there was an emergency both have to be able to tow your rig. I have a personal friend that can’t hook her rig up and drive it. Her bf left so now she’s stranded. Won’t learn and won’t sell. It’s sad. Enjoy you wonderful trailer.
Thanks for sharing that. I definitely could use some more practice. My Star towing moment was driving a 20ft Uhaul with my SUV trailered to the back from Houston to L. A. Whew!!!! But I do need more practice with this. 😊
All right I went back and found it,I have a homemade camper ass well that I live in in Australia, not as big as that and my violet and shower is on the outside but it's great for me and my dog
