@ You’re right, and I’ll have to figure that out. All RV literature lists the material as “solid surface countertops.” The alternative is something like a thermafoil countertop that is wrapped with a paper like decorative design. But I don’t know exactly what the material is and that is something you pointed out that I should know. It’s some kind of marble like material, but idk what it is exactly. It’s likely a ceramic material, as I would imagine marble and granite are in the much more expensive diesel motorhomes. But the information on this is not easily accessible, and when I speak to the manufacturers, this isn’t usually high up there in my list of things I’m looking to get clarification on. But I’ll be better. I know it’s my job to be as detailed with information as I can be and provide the information like this that is harder to find and I have gotten away from that in some ways. I will be better. Thanks for your criticism that will push me to be better!
They look nice but I have heard horror stories about the build quality and manufactures not standing buy there warranty. I work in insurance claims and I hear a lot and asked about what recourse they have and the most we can do is point them in a direction of an attorney to sue them
RVs are starting to look so much more stylish than most bew homes. As soon as they make pop-up roofs over the lofts for more head-room.... they'll sell a ton more.
It's funny to me that we consumers have such excellent viable innovations/ideas that fill a need/solve a problem, yet they take so very long to come into fruition and to be a reality in the RV industry.
I know I don't have much time here on earth left, but before I go I would love to have a R. V. ❤THANK YOU LORD FOR BLESSING ME ALL THESE YEARS..... IN JESUS NAME I PRAY❤
Very, very nice designed RV. It has all the essentials one needs for a short or long road trip away from home. Definitely liveable with all the comforts. 😊👍🏻
Wow …alliance has the best customer service and high quality …. I wish this is two bedrooms, 2 loft and 2 bathrooms and auto level and solar panel ready. Perfect I’ll buy it
You are correct that a dishwasher should be included standard. Not having dual-panes windows on every destination trailer is a huge mistake! The RV isn’t going to be put in a garage for the winter. That is a gorgeous destination RV! It just SCREAMS “Grandma and Grandpa’s house, ready for all the grandkids!” ❤❤❤❤
Nice to have curtains for the loft area for privacy. The extra storage behind the sofa is deep hard to reach the bottom for items. Half of it could been a pulled out shelves. The other side pop up shelve like a TV. Nice to seen a hidden drawers underneath the kitchen cabinets for knifes to sliverware.
The lofts beeing just like a bedroom is fantastic. Now, if only they put this type of loft into a bunk space or something for travel trailers for family's! ❤
An 18” dishwasher could replace an extra seat under the island. Don’t think you need that many seats. Would be nice to have a tall closet for dresses or other. Must have a broom closet too. Just a little feedback but must say it is very nice. Also, no carpet please. Too hard to clean; just repeat the same floors like downstairs. Great one.
I just bought a Grand Villa 44 View in April - I love it but the few things I dont love are all in this model! 😩😩 This model is absolutely perfect and I want it now!!!! Im heartbroken that I will have to wait years before I upgrade.
Think I'll stick with my 2009 4 slide, much more room, closet to hang dresses etc, more kitchen storage and way better master mattress. Love the couch and appliances, bathroom storage is awesome.
Hell, this one looks perfect for me and my husband. One for him, one for me and one for our granddaughter! Can't go wrong with all of the extra storage.
I showed the plumbing where I could. It looked correct to me. But also, each RV is hand built and unfortunately there’s no way for me to guarantee that every single one built, even of the same model, will come out exactly the same. But if there’s any brand I would trust to get it right, Alliance is one of them.
@@mylesrvThank you for your response, I'm interested in this but like Wildwood glen 43 and The cottage 41fwc however I need space as live in a spacious home, and never been in trailer. My budget is limited otherwise i would look at spacecraft.. don't want them to brake Love your videos
Love the video Love the destination trailer , but this is clearly made with family and friends in mind . So one of those bathrooms should have a bathtub in it for small children or anyone really . You need a tub with a family for differnt reasons especially if you are doing a seasonal location at a campground or on a lot of land somewhere . Thank you
It’s not that big as y’all are saying . Every room is small, not much area to walk around. Living room kitchen are small so for a destination camper that’s not big enough. For using as a regular camper it would be ok because you are not living everyday in that camper.
MY ONLY CONCERN is, for under $100k, there must be some really low quality throughout. AIRSTREAMs at $200k are loaded with problems. It might not fare well over time. Nice looking, but has a really cheap feel to it. Thanks for posting.
Cheap feel??? Have you been in one? They are nicer then my house, dovetail, soft close drawers, I could go on and on but...they are really decent quality. It's why they are so hot right now, NOBODY can afford to buy homes anywhere in our country so people are setting up a nice lot with septic and well, power if needed (we live fully off grid in Maine) and living in a destination trailer. It's very affordable...if you live in the northern states you just need to make sure your buttoned up and have multiple heat sources as well as a dehumidifier...it works....of course a house would be easier in winter months but again, who can afford one?
I can’t say for sure, but I wouldn’t expect to see it, unless people are willing to pay $10-$20k more. The testing alone a manufacturer would have to go through to execute that well, and not add a tremendous amount of weight will cost them a lot of money.
@mylesrv thank you for the quick response....just a thought knew it would be a lot of technical design and development for that operation.....but I sure didn't think about the weight....lol thanks again.....
Love this RV Trailer but if you are setting on the sofa the TV is placed to far to the left and the upstairs bedrooms have no privacy curtains and why didn't the other bathroom have two fans because it also has a washer and dryer in it ????????
@@Travelbug208 I was thinking the same thing. I live in New Jersey, and the trailer parks and mobile home parks would probably be mad at something of this caliber being their neighbor. Does anyone know where in New Jersey and Southern California can we place these to live in safely and affordable?
I'll say what I've said time and time again with these destination trailers. They are beautiful but they NEED SLIDEOUTS. The amount of extra living space a slide on the door side would add to the living room is hard to ignore. They did it on the 42 foot model but not the 44? Makes no sense.
The problem with door slide slideouts is now it takes away from your patio space. So they make some models with door side slideouts and some without, that way there are more options for everyone. Some people will want the larger patio :)
Slides are just an invitation for leaks. A destination trailer should just stay fully set up, not requiring slideouts. Shower height is not good. Manufacturers need to use frameless cabinets. You gain so much more usable drawer and cabinet space. It is really stylish though. I like the overall look of it.
As an AV enthusiast, they need at least a 75 in TV for the living room. At 55in you lose clarity the further back you get so if you’re in the kitchen or even on the sofa it’s too small for that space. I would use a 55in for the bedroom! 😂
I'm actually surprised that more RV manufacturers haven't switched over to using projectors given the flexibility they provide... The screen hardly takes up any space when it's rolled up out of the way making it great for smaller spaces, and because you can put it away, it gives a more aesthetic and clean look and your view isn't interrupted by a big clunky TV. It can also be portable so that you can take it outside and set it up for entertaining or a movie night. I don't know, I personally think that they're more practical for RV's but that's just me..
I have a feeling the RV industry will go in that direction in the next year or two. The problem is that RV manufactures all get their equipment from the same suppliers, including the TVs, and there isn’t a supplier to the RV industry that I know of offering projectors.
Its nice except that window in bathroom needs a cover esp during toileting. Curtains/ blinds are needed 😂 I do not want to be one with nature in the bathroom 😂😊
Not liking the large window in the master bath. Rather have the bedroom at the large window and the bathroom behind it. If guests are over they can use both bathrooms without having to walk through the bedroom.
The bedroom was pretty underwhelming to be honest. Not great realistic storage. Also found it odd that for that price basic things like curtains are not already installed in the lofts.
Having two full bathrooms like everyone has been suggesting compared to other 1 and 1.5 bath destination models means the bedroom had to lose some space so I hear what you’re saying. The price is due to the level of build quality, not necessarily the features inside.
