Brook you should consider purchasing an anti-fatigue floor Mat, it will help your feet, knees and back, working long hours on your feet.
The amount of pure dedication and hard work that you put into doing what you do is so admirable to me you prep and make everythinggg and MOP at the end of the day as the owner you are really a super hero!
I made cookies since 2021 and it is a home based bakery. I live in a small town so i still try to increase the selling number. I want to open a bakery but didn't have the money, i am afraid to take a loan ...how lucky that u can open it with ur own money❤love from Indonesia

@@Smittenhamster no i don't, i worked as a teacher before but during the pandemic i had a daughter so i resigned and open my own home bakery. I am confident about the product cuz people loved it but i live in a very small town so yea...i have to work harder to get customer but i am happy 😁thank you for ur kind words it means a lot

50 cakes a day at $135 -$270 each. That's $8k a day in cakes at a minimum. that's $2.7 million a year at minimum! Wow, that's so awesome! And that's just cakes!
$135-$270? Wow, are those au or US dollars? That sounds crazy expensive (though either way in understandable with the time, effort, love, passion and everything that goes into them)
I mean, yeah but a lot of that goes for the expenses also and then she can actually calculate the net profit

Brooki I think you might need a bigger shop, that is such a tiny space to cook, decorate and assemble orders, I don't know where you get your energy from, coffee can only carry you so far, well done and they all look gorgeous but sadly I live in Ireland which is too far away from your shop

Congrats on your new space 🎉 baked goods have a settling period and than a maturing period. Dairy seems to be within hours after cooling to hit peak. Vegan takes longer usually 2 days for flavor to peak.

When I did cakes, I would always bake and freeze them and decorate frozen. I baked at 325°, it takes longer to bake and rises higher, I would level when the cake was in the pan, flip out on a board, and freeze.
