I’m fascinated by your micro setup. I came for the sourdough and found so much more. I can’t wait to dive into your other videos. It would be so cool to tag along on a market day.
I have a three month old sourdough bakery and I stay at home with my two toddler boys! You were/ are one of my biggest microbakery inspirations! Thank you for sharing what you do!! ❤
You are amazing Macey! Beautiful bread! Love your energy and the pride you must feel for providing such good food to people must feel wonderful. Thank you for being here on youtube sharing with us.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing this video. I started my little bakery in August and was trying to decide at what point I should be looking at a Bread Oven. I’m currently pregnant with baby #3 and my last bake day about killed me, definitely spurred me into looking at ovens. They are so expensive but knowing it’ll basically pay for itself in 6 months is a good guideline.
It was really helpful to see what your schedule is like preparing for a market. I’m doing my first market this weekend and I am very excited, but also pretty nervous! Thanks for making this video!
Thank you for sharing your passion. I enjoyed the content and process. May be a good thing to do an ergonomic assessment of your work environment to reduce bending, twisting and so forth. Got to take care of you! All the best and God bless!
I love projects like this! I'm just concerned about the ergonomics. Unfortunately, you have to think about such things even if you love what you do.I made the mistake of ignoring the first subtle complaints from my back, and it became a big problem after a few months.
I am shocked how early I caught this video 😂😂 I really want to start a microbakery or an income from my hobbies. Currently pregnant with my first and really want to find something that would allow me to stay home with my baby. I just have no clue where to truly start.
I really like your video. When I watch it I can smell the dough in my nose as if I am with you. What a smell it is and the smell of delicious bread😋😋😋😋
It's funny, but not only did I just order some stuff from Webstaurant just a few days ago, signing up for the trial membership to get the free shipping, but at just the moment you first mentioned them in this video, I had just been on there to see if they carried the Simply Bread oven (they don't). :-) Great video and fun to watch, even though I've never baked a single loaf of bread in my life (I don't consider using my bread machine, which uses pre-mixed packages, as baking bread). Now I really want to try my hand at making bread, but I admit that I am a little intimidated by the process. Kneading too much, too little, letting the dough proof, all the little details that can make or break a loaf. But I'll give it a try here soon. A co-worker just told me this past week that she tried making her very first sourdough starter and it wasn't growing like she expected. I have no idea what it takes, but I imagine that it's a learning process to get it just right. Maybe I'll try that, too, sometime soon, hopefully this fall. Again, really enjoy watching the video, it was actually very relaxing - probably not for you, though. 🙂
Thanks so much for sharing! This video was very insightful. I found it while researching to start my own home-based bakery. Totally off topic but those pants look so comfy while still professional, where'd you get them?
Was it expensive to get an electrician out to hook up two 220V outlets for your at home bakery? We want to start baking as well but the ovens and mixers need 220V outlets.
16:50 - "That it is serviced in the United States." This is such a massive point. My brother works in distilling and bottling. The owner wanted to get a better labeling machine or something and he bought a model from China. It's been a year, and that machine has not processed a single bottle. There aren't any techs in the US (probably anywhere) and nobody in customer service speaks English. It was basically a $150,000 scam.
And we in Germany got those problems with US products, e.g. working for a woodworking guild here, you rather win the lottery than get a US company to fix their product. When US customers pay $500 for a service, we have to pay around $30.000 (just a fake price so nobody really insists on repairs). It´s policies. They obviously want you to buy stuff that´s being made in your country.
Questio about Farm Markets: The customers pay you in cash or you have there in your stand another way they can pay and how much is the cist for you to be one day in the Market ??? thanks
I love your videos… but could you please consider doing them without the music. It’s really distracting and off-putting. I just want to watch the beautiful video and listen to you talking without all the background noise. Thank you!
So you don't mind if she manipulates bread with her hands, in which case skin particles and oils get in the bread. But a hair bothers you? Go live in a plastic bag.
Are we not going to talk about the questionable hygiene of having a dog in a kitchen used to sell food products? You need to close that area off to kids and animals

Thanks for sharing. I love how chill you are while you work. I'm not on IG, which is why I'm here.
So cool - thanks for a glimpse into your life and really cool little bakery...Also love the family centric attitude!
I loved your video! Thanks for sharing your passion for family and bread! Blessings on your business but more so your family!
I love watching videos like this one. I'm just starting out a little in home bakery. I love making bread with freshly milled flour.

Women are awesome, moms are like super heroes. My wife works very hard also.
That's a great flow you have in what looks like a super efficient small space, I wish that oven door opened in the opposite direction.
Happy new subscriber! You are closer and closer to 10k subscribers, sweet Macey. Cheering you on! 😊👍😊
Love this! So satisfying seeing this whole process

How do you clean the mixing bowl if it doesn't come off the mixer ??
I'm curious about this too haha
What a great and thorough video! Thanks so much for sharing. Looking forward to checking out the channel for sure.
Love it. Keep at it. Lucky girls

Wait, hold up! Did somebody say "cookies"? drools. :P~~~~ LOL.
Very nice setup in a fairly small space.
Really like your video! Having a micro-bakery is such a big work, where did you learn all your baking skills?

they’re so great! they’re from Not Perfect Linen. :)
Hallo toll was du alles machst. Ich würde die Teig Maschine auf einen Stabilen Tisch höher stellen, das geht sonst schnell in den Rücken.Gruß Uli 😊👍
Just happened on your Channel enjoying it very much one suggestion would love to see some close-ups of your breads😊
Thanks for sharing! I love your sweet little set up bakery 😊. May I ask where did you get your island table from?
That is the best tip ever for webstraunt thank u!!
Loved your ebook. Very helpful 😊 I’m wondering how you used to bake all your loaves of bread before getting your actual oven.
So glad you are enjoying it! I baked in dutch ovens before getting my bread oven.
They are beautiful 🍞🍞🍞
Does putting the sandwich loaves on the shelf when hot make a lot of moisture underneath the bread?
Hmm, very interesting. Subscribed.
Where did you get your table? Thanks!
I enjoyed your video.

How many miles away from South Florida .if close then to buy .
this is awesome! where did you find the wooden bakers racks?
Probably stacked two tier wood shoe racks screwed together
Is there a discount code when ordering the oven for the $250 Accessory package? I've added them but do not see they are discounted - thanks Gary
Have you tried Asiago bread? Awesome vid!!

All food handling requires hair covering and no animals
i like your skill
HTH do you clean that thing if it's attached to that machine???
For your cinnamon raisin swirl bread, do you add the cinnamon & raisin during coil folds or during shaping? Do you add some sugar too?
I’m thinking a gluten free micro bakery would do well too😊
👍
that good bakery, she so beautiful who is she 🥰❤
Nice
What is the size of your mixer How many quarts? Thanks!
It is 30 quarts!
Do you have your recipes someplace?
Hair net?
The hair singe gives it a nice crunch.
Questio about Farm Markets: The customers pay you in cash or you have there in your stand another way they can pay and how much is the cist for you to be one day in the Market ??? thanks
Pay someone to come cut your table down. Your going to kill your back using that step ladder.
Can you tell us the brand of apron you're using?
Bread making is no joke, it should cost more!
Интересно, сколько волос с головы попадает в эту выпечку?
🇺🇸👍😋💐
Family vlogs house block full day life block😊

Great vid, love watching what you do, don't like the background music, most people don't, just like watching the subject matter.
you're gorgeous

no apron
No gloves
She had an apron.
@PastaMakerCordyshe wore gloves except when shaping raw dough which was baked later.
Health and safety people are cringing over your long hair flopping around uncovered.
Iirc the hair is required to be "put up" which it is. No issue from health inspector
No, just you...
OK Karen…
Please wear a hair covering in the bakery.
It's not your bakery. Hush.
So you don't mind if she manipulates bread with her hands, in which case skin particles and oils get in the bread. But a hair bothers you? Go live in a plastic bag.
I’d eat her hair any day
Theirs always one ☝️
@@mikieemiike3979 Guess you enjoy hair in your food!
Are we not going to talk about the questionable hygiene of having a dog in a kitchen used to sell food products? You need to close that area off to kids and animals
You have to wear pants in a kitchen or bakery!
No hair net, no pants, dog and kids running around. She shouldn’t be selling food to people
13:26, tangzhong is chinese. japanese version is yudane
