There are a lot of locked, exit doors in Black Mesa

Fun fact: half of these OSHA violations were likely caused by the Counter-Strike Terrorists rushing into the building, violently taking it over, and then subsequently shifting furniture around in order to create cover to hide behind during a firefight with the Counter-Terrorists. For instance, they likely moved all those filing cabinets away from walls and into hallways to create more cover to hide behind during a firefight, or to create corners.
See but it’s funnier in my head if the osha inspector came the day after and didn’t know about the T’s or why no one’s in the office

A few additional issues
1. Lack of a fire protection system. The building does not seem to have any type of sprinkler system, fire alarm system, or fire fighter hoses.
2. Exit signs should have the arrow pointing to the direction for evacuation
3. Lack of emergency lighting. Sure the property probably had a standby generator, but emergency lighting is important while that is starting up, or if that system fails

The manager watching as an employee drops his mug on the ground right as the inspector walks in “erm that’s a violation!”
I like the creepy music in the background. It's like a guy didn't realize the end of the world happened and still wants to finish his job.
A lot of the things that got cited as violations were a result of the T's having taken the building hostage and trying to make their position defensible against the CT's. So, maybe not the end of the world, but he's walking around the aftermath of a terror attack where quite a number of people died just a few days earlier. Pretty close!
Now we need a violation tally for the Stanley Parable

Since this map was created in the context of a hostage scenario, I imagine the OSHA inspector going around dinging all these points while the situation is unsorted, just like "Yeah, dead hostage here in the midst of the walkway, that's a tripping hazard and I have to ding you for that..."

You see, i accidentally spilled my stack of papers earlier and i hurt my back the other day so i cant bend over easily, so i went to find someone to help me pick them up.
Go figure, Inspector Bob decides to show up and give my work station a strike during that time. I was already on my last leg and management decided that due to this incident, it was time to let me go.
I cant believe you gave my workstation a strike over some messy papers that i was already on my way to clean up. I hope you are happy, Inspector Bob.
