I have watched 5 different sailing channels on RUclips. Non of them have invited local families on their boats for a day of sailing, and social interaction. You guys know what is important in life. You are a wonderful example of Americans. Thank you !!

Purchase your fishing materials available at the nearby local fishing supplies market bringing along the list recommended by the local fishermen and let them set it up for you. You'll need this throughout your journey. Video your catch and cook and dining, a lot of viewers will be interested to view the scenes. Enjoy the bounty of the sea! It's always fresh and healthy to have. Squids are always bountiful and easy to catch + you'll love the squid rings and fried sun dried squids to go with your favorite drinks. Don't forget to learn how to prepare kinilaw, equivalent to somewhat local sushi with fresh coconut milk, lime, hot chili pepper etc. Search on RUclips, you'll have plenty to discover... love your channel!

For the jerry jugs I would find a suitable ball valve that you can screw between the jug and the spout. Close the valve, put the jug flat on the deck, put the spout into the diesel port and open the valve a crack. The fuel will just slowly drain into the tanks with no further input from you.

Love living vicariously through you guys 🥰 bit of a tip for transferring fuel without spilling any is to extend the filling nozzle with a longer hose the same diameter as the nozzle and a secure it with a clip, if you set this up with one of your existing nozzles you should still be able to use the other ones as normal. Always worked really well with Jerrycans for me I had a fuel filler situated in a summoner position on my boat, certainly made life a lot easier and safer. Hope that helps 😃 PS love that you had the locals onboard ❤️

I can see the huge amount of joy in his eyes when he lifts anchor and starts a sail on his boat. I think his way has a lot of merit and I hope that when he passes' his knowledge down to the next generation , it doesn't get left behind or lost. the other guy I appologize I didnt catch his name. he is a more modernist and he said maybe soon he will be able to get a catamaran and start his adventures with his family.

Clip/tie the fuel container to the railing so it stays upright and use a siphon/transfer pump to fill your tanks. Even a Jiggle siphon might be a cheap and handy investment. Your back will thank you! Great update! Have you seen any of Emily and Clark's adventures videos on food storage? They have some fascinating practices on how to safely stay bug free and store a number of foods for a long time.

Always enjoy your episodes. Suggestion for fueling from the bags. I noticed the handle slot. Make or buy a short cord with a strong clip of some kind at both ends. Clip one to handle, other to safety cable above the fuel cap. If you drop it, it won’t be in the water.🤔
    Fair winds to y’all 🇺🇸⛵️

I've been to the Philippines twice for dive trips and I'm looking forward to going back again one day. The people (at least the ones I was lucky to have met) were kind, helpful and hard-working and the diving was fantastic. Loved the shot of Curiosity anchored in the shadow of that island!

The two of you are just wonderful humans. I've watched for years, and you take me away to beautiful places. Fully aware, the absolute messy, unfathomable, scary, and just plain shity situations you two have gone through, which we don't see. What we do is magical, and you can see the love the two of you have for each other. Simply, you guys like each other. Anywhoo...keep being the rad humans you are and safe travels.

For the fuel transfer get a jiggle pump syphon, you jiggle the hose and the valve in the bottom keeps hose full and it will start syphoning on its own

As an introvert, I'm with the kid, "less people"! LOL But jokes aside, what a cool experience to travel and meet so many wonderful people, and share each other's lives. And thank you for sharing it with all of us!

That was a lot of prep work, but it looks like it all came together and you had a great time with your guests on board. That’s so cool that you get to experience so many cultures and peoples around the world. It’s a life style that most people only dream of and at least we get to see what the adventure would be like though your eyes and camera lenses. Thank you for sharing these adventures and we, at least I, hope to see many more. Stay safe and enjoy each day.

I like the Keenan. I would build a mixing tank; either a large fill cone or bucket hose system with a large enough outlet to allow full pump flow. Ideally, place Valvtect Biogaurd contact bactericide in the fuel cans , funnel, or bucket before adding to tanks. After eight hours put the Biobor Jf growth disruptor direct in tank. Then Polish.😊
