I just got this game for the ps5 last night and i had no clue what the fuck i was doing🤣🤣

In a game with no ammo counter, the Lewis and the DP kind of have a basic one since you can watch a certain point rotate around as you fire
There actually is (kindof) if you reveal the hud and look at the gun it showed a number that’s how much mags you have edit: prob because irl you don’t actually know the right amount in a mag
I wish there was the BAR with the bipod and the rate of fire switch (low rate of fire which is currently in the game)

Lanchester, Enfield P.14, Scoped Enfield P.14, and Jungle Carbine have since been removed from the game following Part 2 of the British Forces Rework, replaced with the more appropriate Sten Mk. V, M1928 and M1928A1 Thompson, Lee-Enfield Mk. III, and Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mk. I Sniper.

the STG and the MG42 have the best sounds in the game.
How is there no Smith and Wesson K-Frame in the game ? .It is holding it back .
So far the only thing I see that's incorrect is the bolt going forward on the last round of the fg 42 in full automatic mode
The Enfield reload seems to have some issues

Where’s the double barrel shotgun? Some german soldiers was issue M30 Luftwaffe
Fantastic game, still... It lacks some of the famous ww2 weapons that could definitely see use in this game, those being:
- PPS 43
- PPD 40
- MP 28
- Panzerfaust
- PzB 38
- M30 Luftwaffe drilling (german shotgun)
- TOZ B (russian shotgun)
- DPM (upgraded version of DP 27)
- Mauser C96
Definitely would balance it a bit, would be cool tho... still we just have to wait

The M30 Luftwaffe drilling wouldn't really make sense as it wasn't used as a combat weapon, but as a hunting rifle by the Luftwaffe (German airforce). The drilling was more of a specialized tool for survival scenarios rather than a frontline combat weapon. And I'm not sure about the TOZ's use in combat but I can assume it served a very similar purpose to the drilling, not to mention they were both produced in VERY small numbers. I agree that it's crazy how we didn't see the DPM being used considering how much it was used in the war, and the fact that we have the Panzershrek in the game but no Panzerfaust is also mind boggling considering how widespread it was in the war. Regarding the Mauser C96, it was used to a limited extent during World War II. By the outbreak of the war in 1939, the C96 was considered somewhat outdated and had been largely replaced by more modern and compact handguns in military service. While the German military had largely transitioned to more modern sidearms like the Walther P38, some Mauser C96 pistols remained in service. These were often issued to military personnel in secondary roles or used by various auxiliary units.

Very slick stuff! Competes with Day of Infamy for sure. Although would want the gun foley whilst reloading louder, bit too quite innit.
Edit: Alright I've seen some gameplay and honestly very happy another realism focused game doesn't chock up their lame ass stiff reload animations and player movement to "Oh its realistic so its supposed to feel like an early 2010's AAA game" (aggressively stares at PUBG). Also the quite gun foley can be excused for how loud the battle already is with the explosions, screaming and ducks going on, so having loud gun foley can be too much.

Yeah because you see people running around firing MMG’s from the shoulder all the time… stupid comment.
Because 1. they aren't ARs and 2. It's almost impossible to fire most of the games LMG's from the shoulder unless you are Rambo. This is a realistic game, and LMG's are static weapons.
