This is almost exactly what I do every night when I get in bed. It helps a lot with my pain. I always learn something about the muscles from you to get even better benefits and yes that hamstring stretch makes a huge difference day to day. Thanks Tim for being a great teacher and it's nice to see Stacey, she's lovely and is always smiling. I'm so grateful to have found your channel and other teachers on here. I've learned different things from each of you and I wouldn't have that knowledge if I hadn't found you all. It is going to be crucial during my YTT, which I'm starting in October/November. I honestly can't express how much I appreciate everything that you and all the other yoga teachers do. It's a lot to take the time to do yoga videos and I'm truly grateful, love and light 🧘♀️❤️🧘♂️❤️🧘♀️❤️
@@yogawithtim it's an at home course through the British school of yoga, I'm saving a fortune! I've got online tutors and obviously I'll be doing RUclips practices. I just appreciate how much extra you put in to your videos that nobody else does so I feel really confident and educated thanks to that info! xx
This one yoga sequence stretching with the strap, moving the straight up leg to the opposite side helped me relieve tension along the outside of my legs so much that I ran faster! This worked better than any other stretching yoga video I have done! Thank you Tim! Oh, and I think it would have been way nicer if you had thanked Stacey at the end. That never seems right no matter how many times I watch and do this video.
Thanks for doing a night yoga. What really helps me with a good night sleep is one of your 30 minute videos followed by a mellow/“yin kind like” flow. All your videos are super appreciated and I FINALLY joined the conscious movement!!!
I have used this video a handful of times and I still laugh at the Switzerland pelvis joke. Your imagery and your humor really make your practice different. It is so much easier to get into my body when practicing with you
Hi Tim! Thank you for the midnight yoga... Great way to end a hectic work week! I would love to see a 30 minute workshop type yoga session where you teach us, step by step, slowly with detailed instructions (as you always do) where we can practice upper body strength with fancy arm balance stuff like side crow and other hard to do stuff... except headstand or handstand. I hope I'm not confusing. 🛌🧘🏋️
My favorite little nuance from this video: pressing your toe like it’s against a gas pedal. Gave me such a great stretch! As always thank you and Namaste.
Great class Tim! Really appreciate all of these. I have a suggestion for a future video... How about a video purely of an extended shavasana, maybe with some body scanning or something that we can set up to play at the end of other videos instead of the usual short shavasana if we have extra time?
I always forget how to leave a comment. I hope you get this. I always love your bed time videos & I do some variation on these stretches pretty much every night before bed. Sleeping has always been my strength as I am narcoleptic, but I do love the videos and they do make me wake up feeling blessed. I don’t know how to subscribe because I’m not good with technology but I always like the videos after I do them
Maybe I should've not done this in the morning after I got out of bed. Tim can you please do more videos with a quicker flow. I LOVE the ones where my heart beat goes up and I end up with a good sweat.
I've been consistently practicing your after office work session everyday when I get home from work and thought today of the possibility of a bedtime session; Incredibly happy to come across this fruition of an idea. Thank you! I'll report back on my progress. Cheers
This was so peaceful but effective too. I have been dealing with tightness/knots in my lower back. I have been practicing your video on lower back pain and then ran across this. Thank you!
Thank You Tim and Stacy for another wonderful video! I have been following You for almost a year now and doing yoga with Your videos has really transformed my life and become a daily must :) I was just wondering what sort of yoga do You recommend when health is not at it's best. I have been sick with a cold for 2 weeks, but I'd still like to do some yoga. I've done a lot of "restorative day" videos since I get dizzy from the more energizing ones. I was wondering if You have any suggestions for the "sick days"?
I tried this last night and had the best night sleep in years. I think I may have insomnia as wake up after 3 hours and find it difficult to go back to sleep.I’m going to try it for the next 30 days and let you know how it goes. Very excited. Thank you

Hello Tim. Thanks for this video - some good stretches. I just discovered your channel recently. Im loving mixing up home yoga with my usual weight lifting & cardio sessions. Global pandemic has been a shocker but im enjoying making changes to my routine. Are there any videos you would specifically recommend for my hips, lower back and upper legs - they are pretty sore at the moment! Thanks :0)
I need help with the downward dog transition to any standing pose. I have never been able to bring my leg/foot all the way forward to my hands. I'm working on psoas strength, hip flexor strength, core and lifting leg strength, and while everything is improving I still cannot get that foot forward without manually lifting the remaining distance. which happens to measure about 12". Got any ideas.
Hiii, do you know of quick yoga in between study break? During revision week I had long sitting, switching between reading papers vs laptop. Thank you!
Interesting change from my usual nighttime routine, which is as follows: low cobra -> catch one foot at a time -> child's pose -> fold forward with soles of feet together -> bridge pose - > figure 4 knee pull toward face (like here) -> happy baby -> plow pose. Do you think it would work to combine your routine with that, or is it better to keep nighttime sessions short?
Loving these short little morning and evening videos to start and end my days. Thank you 🙏
Glad you like them, Susan! 😊 Great way to begin and end the beautiful day! You are very welcome.
You should make a Playlist of this short yoga fix vidéos
Hey Tim! Thanks so much! Such a gift after a long 12 hour teacher day that included curriculum night! Zzzzzzz
Thanks Carol! 'Teachers are the best!'

Hi!! 2020
Hi ❤

All depends on the person. I’m going to practice for at least an hour no matter what time I practice.
Hi
this was a good practice but you move so fast between the poses that I didn't even get a chance to take 2 full breaths
