I appreciate that the reviews aren’t done by a scratch golfer with minimal mistakes. Getting into my second year of golf and will be breaking 100 for sure. The 6-7 rounds on a full course (normally play par 3) were 104-107. Almost there! Also - I heard that joke on the top flite set. Lol. As a beginner I didn’t know what to get!! Few people recommended used clubs, but for someone new to the game there’s too much out there for a quick glance. Anyways, got a new subscriber. Keep up the great content!!

@@embersgolf the fitting was awesome though. I went in thinking I would get some 0211’s but I was way more consistent with the Gen5 P’s. I’ve had a fade forever and I was consistently drawing the ball in the fitting! I have already recommended the PXG fitting experience to several of my friends and family.

Awesome channels brother! I like the format you’ve designed. I like the fact that I can see regular guys are hitting the clubs that I read about or watch on RUclips. As a sims owner, it’s great to see true numbers put up on the screen. I would like to see you gentlemen take some sets out on the course to see if there is a difference in performance with them on the course. Also thanks for the spyglass video. Can't believe I missed this video. I've been looking into getting fitted for Ping irons...this is great. One of the most important stats that I look at when trying out different irons is the Descent Angle. That's why I can't hit the G425/G430's...comes down too flat with not enough spin with the lower lofts. If Descent Angle is below 45° the backspin needs to be above 6000rpm to stop it on most greens. Anyways, loved the video and reviews. Subscribed!
My friend has Ping G425 irons but he uses his 2 hybrids for most of his approach shots! I think hes never hit his 4-iron, actually I've hit it more than has! Would love to get my hands on the G430s!

A little late here haha, but I still subscribed! I know the odds are low, but I would absolutely love to win these things! Currently stuck with a super old set from my grandfather who used to play but passed away last year. Ever since his passing I took up the game because I always saw how much he loved it and was interested(I’ve learned to love it too!), as much as I love his old set I think it’s time for an upgrade. These Ping irons would be the BOMB! Love what y’all are doing keep it up boys!
I’ve never had a handicap. Or can I hit a driver. But. When I was fitted, I was suggested the i230 or ‘if I want a really easy time’ p790’s. i530 felt great but like the 790’s I disliked the Inconsistency in distance. I think i230 is much more forgiving than you think, it’s just not so much a distance club. I mean it’s a huge cavity back.
This was perfect timing. I am looking to get fit this year to upgrade and the 525s are on my list. Great job guys! Ps the Meater+ is fantastic too!! Haha
I have hit the Ping i525s , with the Project X IO stiff steel shaft (7 iron) and they felt amazing. High launch with some mid 6000 ball SPIN too!! When I went to hit them the ei230s were not out yet, and now the store has them but I haven't made the 40 mile trip to go hit those yet!

There is lot of confusion as to what club one fits into within a companies line up. Exactly what I am seeking in reviews. I have g425 driver and fairway woods. Callaway st max hybrids. g710 irons. As my golf game has improved I recognize what the g710’s offer and don’t. I am considering g430 7-Lob or i525. Also got scotty cameron putters on the brain now that I tried the latest square back 2. Long live golf and your channel. Please keep the gokf videos coming. How about a video vokey 58 vs glide 4.0 vs g430 lob wedge vs ping chipr? Or g430 sft fairway woods vs g 430 max fairway woods vs paradym vs st max. Go packers

The G430’s are very good irons for the weekend golfer.
I have them in my 8-5 irons and the i525’s in the G-9 iron then the glide 4.0 54 and 58 degree.
