In Zack Snyder's Justice League, determined to ensure Superman’s (Henry Cavill) ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) aligns forces with Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. I got it; micro time fractures caused by Barry reversing time twice within the movie.
This 10 min preview is 1000 times better than the whole Josstice league.
They should have used the logos song from the orginal 2017 version. One of the few things I liked about that movie

I don't have the words to describe how haunting it is to see and hear Superman screaming. Masterpiece.
And the fact that that scream is heard across the planet is even more haunting. I suppose you could almost say there’s a biblical exaggeration to this story. Superman dies, a symbol of hope to the human race, and his cries are heard across the planet, signaling the arrival of despair and destruction in its wake. Kind of ironic when you think about it.

If I’ve said it before then I’ll say it again, Zack Snyder is a visual genius. For an opening that doesn’t have a single word spoken until at least 6 minutes into it and yet can tell a more in-depth story than the entirety of Josstice League, I would definitely call that a win. And I mean seriously look at what is happening in this scene. Superman dies and screams are heard across the planet, and even across the stars, given the fact that Steppenwolf was alerted to a Mother Box waking up. And not only that, but Superman’s screams wake up all of the Boxes, giving the signal for Steppenwolf and Darkseid to arrive. See, if you wanted to allow continuity to exist between films, then offering a visual expansion of what is happening in the middle of a big battle such as this or showing its repercussions is a brilliant method of setting up the events of the current film. It not only fills in a lot of the story without needlessly adding filler stories into the mix, it also helps the audience understand what exactly is happening. It shows that Snyder not only has respect for effective visual storytelling, but also has respect for the audience without being completely explicit in what it is trying to say. What I mean by that is while this moment does in fact explain why Steppenwolf and Darkseid come to Earth, it’s not being explicit when it shows us that. It’s showing, not telling. And that is really one of Snyder’s greatest assets as a director. He is better at showing rather than telling. I know I’m on a rant and if any of what I’ve just said doesn’t make any sense, I apologize. I just go crazy for stuff like this, and it appeals to my idea of a true cinematic experience and storytelling rather than just having it be blasted in your face with a flurry of unnecessary CGI craziness (yes I’m pointing fingers at MCU).

At the beginning with the motherbox at the stone's, then the motherbox is activated for a short period of time until the name Amy Adams comes up, after what the box goes back to sleep. Lois Lane is indeed the key and the "ZACK SNYDER'S JUSTICE LEAGUE" right when Ray is in the frame because he do be the heart of the JL. Even the title placements in the opening credits have a specific reason.
Not many people realize this one of better openings to a comic book movie

Imagine seeing this masterpiece of an opening, revealing the grim, cosmic effects of Superman’s death, and replacing it with a video from Snapchat.
I swear to god if this version was released on theater back at 2017, I’m gonna watch it multiple times just like Avenger Infinity War and Endgame.

This film is so cinematic, the first word is not even uttered until 6 minutes in. The sounds and visuals and how they tell the story on their own is insane. I just rewatched the whole thing and still love it like the first time!

There's something about the shots from Bruce travelling in this sequence that inmediatly inmerses me into the movie, it's so simple yet it does much to establish the tone of the movie.
My favourite score....never enjoyed the credits like this since after BvS......

I absolutely love the scene of Bruce searching for Aquaman, it feels like a long journey finding a myth legend.
Also if anyone is wondering where they shot that scene, it's Iceland where they also shot sequences of Batman Begins! I visited there once and it's absolutely beautiful so it's great to see it in The Snyder Cut. Shout out to another film, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty for also including Iceland and inspiring me to go as it was number one on my bucket list.

2:48 It's funny how Henry Cavill's name appears when the Mother Box is going crazy after being activated and then calms down once Amy Adams' name appears. It mirrors Superman's fight against the Justice League when he's revived by the Mother Box then Lois Lane arrives to calm him down and bring him back to his senses.

Now this is how you begin a superhero movie. Visually terrific, overwhealming and a true continuity, transforming an epic tragedy such as Superman's death into Evil's awakening and then the search of a man with hope. Add the score and make the math.
Just from this opening scene alone, i knew that this was going to be a completely different movie
