Feel like the timing on all of the contract renewals they’ve been handing out this season have been odd in general, but maybe that’s just this managements way of rewarding good play. Big Mac has definitely earned that renewal in my opinion, he’s definitely surprised not only fans but management as well with his contributions so far in this project
I dont mind managing players like Douglas Luiz who's been out for a while. He played minutes in the last game and we have enough players in the middle to not risk him for the Coppa Italia. Lets get him right so he doesn't get injured again. Worth trying Yildiz as the 10 or even going with a 4-3-3, never really liked the 2 man pivot and Koop is not a natural number 10 nor a holding midfielder, his best position is playing as an 8 in my opinion. Yildiz can basically play anywhere and still be affective
The amount of draws as results are mathematically loses imo... Giving Motta time and having patience in the position the club is in, not only in the standings, but also financially is the right direction. I believe in "FINO ALLA FINE" and suggesting that we sack this guy or switch gears on the direction of the where we see the club going, is exactly why we've been struggling for the last 5 years. Wow time has flown by since our last Scudetto ( which was a fluke).
Is it why we’ve struggled? We spent three years with the last guy and arguably it should’ve ended much earlier and we may have been a bit more ahead in terms of a project. 🤷🏻♂️ Everything happens for a reason though, so let’s see. Good news for Motta he has time and a lot of football on his side and the race is tight
Fair feelings about the McKennie renewal. I think it’s deserved for him after all he’s gone through yet the Club going back on their point/principles of trying to get him out and keep the team as young as possible is interesting… Hope there won’t be another disagreement while getting that renewal settled again because I do think Wes is an important piece to the puzzle in this current squad.
Although so far I am not impressed, I will keep having faith in Motta. He just needs to change his style of playing. We are not Bologna. We do not play counter attacks against the big teams and then struggle against the lower teams.
I predict a prediction on FC25 with Berto saying 2-0 for the Coppa. Next a phone in where we are asking the same things as routine. We know what will happen. We will be slow, predictable and doing back passes. We will draw this. This pattern of play is not going to be remedied any time soon. Years of PhD Max and the revenge of the back, back, down, down has cursed this place. I do have to push back on Berto's last point. No matter how we play, if Motta cannot secure top 4 he and Giuntoli must walk. The investments and missing out on CL is unforgivable. Plus finishing lower then Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina is not acceptable. Giuntoli will not sack him as he has to save face no matter the cost as he was his pick from day one. That is a terrible way to run things if that were to ever happen. Pirlo, a legend of not just club but country was tossed out for far less and even Captain back pass got CL barring our unjust exclusion.
U have to remember the time where the highest risk of re injury is right after a injury. So doing load management in Douglas luiz is the first good thing J MEDICAL has done in years 😂
The decision to not prioritise Calafiori in the transfer market has proved to be calamitous imo. I always thought he was the one we should have secured no matter what and I feel vindicated at this point. We are absolutely scrambling for a defender and have sunk a huge amount of resources on some players who simply have not shown the return that we expect. Douglas Luiz has been a flop of incredible proportions, benched by McKennie a player who was out of the project in the summer, and frankly, has shown a lot less than both Miretti and Nicolussi-Caviglia have in the same season (and I'm not saying that just because of his freekick against us). Nico has been outperformed by Mbangula and Weah. Nothing will convince me that we didn't make a huge blunder with this one now. And I don't want to hear about "giving money to Italian clubs" when we splashed the cash for both Nico and Koop.
Idk, I still say too early to call these guys flops. Also… something isn’t right with the entire Luiz thing. Gotta be way more to it. In terms of Calafiori… it was a lot of money plus we needed capital so no sales were involved in that. Way too many factors plus we ended up with a solid steal of Kalulu which lessens the blow. For me the blow wasn’t not getting Cala but Bremer going down… Depth is the issue for me. The holes we are stung by a lot of us called it before.
@@AllJuveCast The only one I'd call a flop at this stage is Luiz, when you cost 50+ million and you are being outdone by kids on loan and guys who were considered out of the project before you even arrive after half a season I don't know what else to call it. Either way, no matter how you look at it, Giuntoli has certainly made some questionable choices. The injury crisis has been unprecedented for sure, but a lot of the glaring holes wouldn't be as awful had our resources been spent more wisely imo. I just hope it doesn't end up costing us Top 4.
The work load agreement is an indication to me that Motta is mismanaging player training and without effective ideas as to how to use our second biggest offseason purchase. I don’t care what the club says publicly. If this team finishes out of top four or worse out of all European competition and is still playing a disorganized incoherent brand of football that doesn’t make effective use of the talent on the roster I can’t imagine them not whacking Motta.
@@AllJuveCast I think the Luiz training thing reinforces what Vlahovic was trying to say about how he's being used in terms of running when he's had to play a ton of minutes with no sub. Motta is managing a team that has to play in Serie A, Champions League, Coppa Italia, Super Coppa and Club World Cup. He's played at a high level himself but never managed a roster playing so many matches - and you can't treat every guy the same and you have to back off and keep guys fresh and healthy for games. Like in the NFL when coaches have their guys practice with no pads later in the season. I question how much of the muscle fatigue and injuries are due to overtraining and misue.
There must be a health or injury their not telling us about workload restrictions and special recovery procedures in my professional opinion is suspect
Elkann is just stupid and naive from day one, Guintolli have more say than him, cos tons of rubbish Motta and Guitolli doing in the transfer Market would not hv been accepted if he is a man, selling good players and buying Rubbish and bringing a won season coach when a coach to turn the club around immediately was available but went for a one year inexperienced coach. Now be ready only fans will suffer, nothing concerns Elkann.
@@AllJuveCast Lets say most of his moves flop which seems to be the case right now and we fail to reach top 4, who's gonna pay the price, i say Giuntoli, what say you?
I have lost faith in motta and it’s not because of the objectives, he has just shown such lack of progress. Some players declined and others have faded one is doing well but am not sure it’s because of him. Game management has been none existent so far, and why is yildiz not playing n10 with that shirt, he needs to start playing there his wasted on left and I have seen nothing to point he would not be good at 10. Just seems like his doing all this because he wanted koopeminers but Koop forgot to show up
The good news is… he has time and a lot of football on his side and I do truly believe we aren’t far away from doing much much better. Let’s hope amico 🤞🏻⚪️⚫️
At last Yildiz in 10 position and Koopmeiners in 8, almost every juventini want to see this this give in a shot at least for 5 games
I almost feel like “I’ll believe it when I see it” haha but let’s hope amico 🤞🏻⚪️⚫️

We’re 2/3 of the way there, just need to score some goals regularly and we’ll be a hell of a team! Motta has my full support! Forza Juve 🖤🤍
Yeah I fuck with Motta! 💪
Those complaining are butthurt allegri fan girls
Support he has ⚪️⚫️
Total faith though… not quite yet. Way too early. We were 2/3’s away but now feels a bit closer to 1/3. Work to do and fast

As for Douglas Luiz, this guy and JMedical have been watching way too many NBA games 😂
First time I’ve seen Load Management in Calcio
😂😂😂 yeah and I have completely mixed feelings about this.

He’s proven a good squad guy.
McKennie out of the project. 😂😂😂
It sucks he’s not Italian or else he would’ve been GOATed status ..
😂😂 no doubt

Signed Douglas Luiz to replace McKennie, but then McKennie managed to be too good for that

I love the J51 comment. You go into the J Medical and do not know when you come out. You could have not described it any better.

lol thats true haha
Where in the hell is our sponsor ?
0-6 lets friggin go😂
Juve will finish somewhere between 8-10. Motta must be fired immediately. This is a disgrace
He needs to get sold in January he’s getting free money
Area J-51 needs to regulate itself by taking Cambiaso for Nico Gonzalez.

Could very well be a sign of that. Something is up though, this Luiz thing has been weird the entire time.

If Luiz wants part time, then can we pay him part time? JP. Prob recovery schedule. Motta stays no matter what
That’s the way it should be lol contracted status. Paid hourly haha

Most likely… we will see.

What a flop this guy (Douglas Luiz) has been, "great" job Giuntoli. Giuntoli will be out of a job at the end of the season, book it.
Wow, think so?
I doubt it because who’s pulling the trigger??? The numbers guys or Elkann? Lol

@ yes with Allegri and ramsey
