The cost of olive oil alone has doubled. The way these prices keep climbing, I’m being forced to eat basic and raw.
Can we also talk about how these celebrities are hooked on ozempic and appearing extremely thin? It’s no coincidence. They are modeling the new look of hunger that a lot of people will soon be experiencing

Facts. Eating 3 meals a day means you spending more money, eating that many times a day will make you sluggish during the day, and you’re over working your stomach.

It's hard out here for a pimp 😩 The price of everything...I mean EVERYTHING has gone up and there doesn't appear to be any relief in the near future. My insurance has gone up the past 2 renewals FOR NOTHING... the last one was $100 extra per month. I believe we are witnessing the fall of the dollar masked by the economy being intentionally manipulated to produce inflation and a recession.

I prefer to buy from small fresh food farmer markets than the grocery stores if possible. I really don’t trust food from the grocery stores it’s time to go back to growing our own food. I just bought a grapefruit yesterday for $2.45. This is sad.

Grocery store shelves are sometimes empty. Loophole is now supply and demand to keep prices up and force shoppers to purchase in bulk. Food security is important farming and growing some of your own if you're able to do so.
The amount that they raise our salaries by is not proportionate to the amount that they raise the prices by. The regular every day person barely gets a decent raise. It's just corporate greed.

Out in the streets they call it murder....it's called diet. Food Industry is a double edged sword, fruits, veggies etc look bigger not necessarily better for you. Just pumped up to look appealing. There's some good books one in particular is called A diet for America by BaskinRobbins breaks the food industry down. This just doesn't affect the states but this is global.
What you said about financial pressure is real especially in a family setting, it can put a strain on your health, relationships etc, sometimes even when you plan you have to re plan and continue in this manner. Result is that fatigue can set in, also resentment, but when you understand the system you can overcome.
