DIY | Chuckie Finster From The Rugrats Costume

Because who doesn't love this goofy little guy. I grew up watching The Rugrats as a kid, so I took this Halloween as an opportunity to go down memory lane by creating this iconic character costume.
The costume overall is very simple to assemble, as you may have most items at your home. This tutorial can be customized for a gal or dude, so don't be shy to get nerdy. And as always, don't buy anything new, thrift for items first! Happy Crafting!

Blue T-Shirt
Green Shorts
Yellow Socks
Red Converse (Sneakers)
Reading Glasses
Purple Paint
Green/Light Green/Yellow Puffy Paint
Yellow Felt (1 Sheet)
Red Felt (2 Sheets)
Blue Tape
Paint Brush
Hot Glue + Glue Gun
