Every single cowboys player in their own way have told you there is indeed a culture problem, you have to listen to how they’re saying it & what they’re not saying.
Worst when it comes to player treatment..sure. But they never throw each other under the bus. Mahomes could have thrown his receivers under the bus numerous times all season and it never happened. That is a winning culture. They are in it together.

The point about the culture is that outside of one other team, Wash I think, every single other team in the NFL has at least been to an NFC title game the last 28 years.
I think there are maybe 3 or 4 teams that haven't been to a SB during that time, and Dallas is one of them.

The culture at Dallas is part of the problem.
Look at what happened between Dak and CD towards the end of the season. They had issues below the surface that we don’t always see on camera and it’s not just them.
There is a problem in Dallas with the spot light that’s on the players, the egos they bring and lack of results
The culture starts with front office, when GM displays negativity and don't believe in there team but care more about making money then winning the problems will continue to happen which reflects on the coaches and players

Dak Prescott has never played to win. He's been playing for the money since Day 1. If the entire Cowboys fanbase would turn on him, they'd be forced to get rid of him because these organizations always cater to public appeal. The Cowboys' fans are to blame for his holding onto his job for so long. If you were to put Trevor Lawrence on the Cowboys right now, I guarantee that they make the NFC Championship Game, bare minimum.

Still hasn’t had one of the worst lines for the past couple years. George Pickens has been all right, but he’s not like Davante Adams or anything. They got a call to punch with the running back and the defense is always gonna play hard but they got picky at quarterback Mitchell Trubisky. The reason Dallas hasn’t won anything is because they’re soft Pittsburgh Kansas City Baltimore. If you hit them in the mouth they’re going to hit back go look at some of the games jazz lost this year. There is one thing in common. They couldn’t stop the running and not only could they not stop it, but they made adjustments with the exception of that Philadelphia game where they basically said we’re gonna fill up the box and make teams run. Stretch and toss. And try to beat the lineman with their speed and agility. They may know adjustments.

I think there is a culture problem NOT because they don’t show up in the playoffs. That could be explained through personnel or coaching, I think the “culture problem” is that this organization seems to be filled with people who see themselves more as Individuals than as a team. From Jerry Jones going on his weekly radio show and talking as if he has no input on the team to Micah stating on his podcast that they have culture problems while Dak says they don’t. The more you look at this team the more they seem disjointed and not on the same page, which may explain why they struggle is high leverage/clutch moments
The past 3 years they have won 12 games per season. Choking in the playoffs I get it. But they not losers. It's not a losing culture, but it is a culture of not wanting to do whatever it takes to make it to the top. But a team constantly making the playoffs are not losers. If that's the case, the Buffalo Bills are losers as well.

- Write 4 blank checks to Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin & Jimmy Johnson. Create front office roles for them on the team where they can also directly interact with players & staff
- Sign Saquon Barkley & Derrick Henry, assure Dak you’re going all in
- Jerry publicly says Dak is our QB without any BS talking out of the side of his mouth. This might actually convince him to re-sign & restructure his contact.
None of this will happen of course 😂 so we’ll be back here tomorrow with the same conversation.

The problem with Dallas is they act to cocky before the playoffs start thinking they will steamroll over the other team and they don't practice enough or have enough team meetings and everyone shows up to the game in a different state of mind and probably partied out so the body and mind are not in the game. As a die hard Cowboys the deficiencies have been at GM, head coach, and the ability to run the ball, and stop the run. Dak and the Cowboys have won 12 regular season games over the last 3 years. When you cant run the football you are 1 dimensional on offense, which leads to forced turnovers on offense. It doesn't matter who the quarterback is if one cant 1. Run the ball and 2. Stop the run.
