I don’t know what’s more satisfying as a Celtics fan: seeing my team run an absolute buzzsaw throughout the entire league, or seeing how angry and pissed other fan bases are that we’re doing it in this fashion, and they try to rationalize it by bringing up our playoff history, as if our team is incapable of winning a championship.
Nuggets/ Clippers is a bad match up for Celtics!! They both went to Boston and especially clippers smacked them!!

Bucks traded him to the West. Portland in spite traded an all star for two injured players and a pick. Basically for nothing!
Lol no? Bucks had the best defense and fell short of offense in the playoffs. Jrue was a 3rd option with the Bucks and is a 5th option at the Celtics. Giannis had Jrue as his #2, which made the offense very stagnant. That is why they had to pull the trigger for the Dame trade.

Boston still has a game against Denver and the Thunder, I really can't wait. They were always down a man in both games against Minny and still split with them so I feel good there, same with the Clippers.

@@therencenkuna8934 except they haven't played them 4 times yet. They have played Charlotte once (lost in overtime even), Washington twice, and Detroit once. They are 15-6 against the west which is still a .714 win percentage. They would probably have a couple more losses but could very well still be number 1 in the league by several games if they played in the west.
@@therencenkuna8934 I mean Heat were the 8th seed last year and lost in the finals. Lakers were the 7th seed lost in the western conference finals to nuggets. Boston lost last year in the eastern conference finals game 7 to heat. So correct I guess.

I disagree with Legs. I think folks are really over hyping the Nuggets because they are the defending champs. But they also did that in a down year in the West. I think Celtics are overall a much better team than the Nuggets and I'm not confident they will come out the West this season. I think losing Jeff green and Bruce Brown will cause issues. To be honest, a healthy sixers team can beat Denver for sure. It's match ups and if the Celtics are serious and not just chucking 3s, Denver won't be able to stop them because they have no rim protection. Maybe Boston is not on a tier of they're own. But I don't see Denver as their biggest threat.

Full disclosure: I'm a C's fan big time since the 70's. Let's not get too caught up into this. The C's lost by a bundle earlier to the Bucks, the day after going to OT with the Timberwolves. It's about choosing your poison and yes, you never want to lose to anybody like this, but at the end of the day, the C's had more to gain by beating Minny then going back to back with the Bucks, unless they kept it close early. They didn't, they got blown out. The same here with the Warriors. It looks good, but they beat us on their turf and they have bigger fish to fry before worrying about the C's.

@@Gurenn83 let okc have a little experience with the playoffs, get a feel for what it's gonna take to win and let them use some of those draft picks they acquired add a piece or two next trade deadline and next year and the year after they'll be a team the league can't ignore. Right now they aren't experienced enough this team is still young. Boston and Denver are just that much above everyone else.

That is a lie. You can beat the Nuggets by making Joker only a scorer and limit his assist and defend the other guys. Celtics are playing good.
The overhype for Denver just because they won once is crazy. If Jokic ever gets injured then they won’t even make it past the 1st round whereas if JB, JT or Porzingis gets injured, they’re still making a potential championship run.
That’s because the east is trash. If any teams best player gets injured, more often than not, that team won’t get very far in the postseason.
Celtics matches up really well against Denver. Porzingis will be a factor he'll space everything out. Celtics is playing really well right now n even able to rest players too. Draymond gave Brown the Marcus Smart treatment last night.
