@Nick Bergin Yeah 150 pound 5'8 dude vs girl. Weight and height isn't half of it. Major thing is lean body mass, and then muscle fibre distribution, narrower hips, larger heart/lungs, hormonal differences.
@@TheFatSteez I have been involved in Martial arts and lifting for years. There are a ton of woman lifting these days, and some are getting pretty strong, but even the woman that are at the gym religiously 6 days a week can generally be out lifted by a guy that just walks in off the street with no experience.
@@danlouiswinkle66 Yeah pretty much, guys are almost always going to be stronger pound for pound, mostly due to more muscle/lean body mass at the same weight. Even when accounting for LBM, lower body strength is about the same, but women have around 60% of mens upper body strength on average.

However I disagree with you on some things, like when you mentioned there's no differences between Trans Women and Women in sports... Then also a claim which I'm indifferent, that a trans woman can just be socially out and doesn't need to take anything or cut out anything...
Then therefore you can claim that that trans woman (who hasn't taken anything) has no advantages over a biological woman... Or should we only consider trans women in women sports who have taken things for a certain period... Because that's alienating, I'm sure... This is logically faulty, and I'm not making a scientific claim...
