- The epic live table read of comedian Ari Shaffir's horrible screenplay he wrote in college. I got a group of the funniest comedians around to help me bring this piece of garbage to life. And MAN were they funny. Danish & O'Neill provided commentary. Dan Soder played Shooter. Michelle Wolf played the love interest, Jenny. Attell was the bad guy. Tim Dillon was the best friend. And Stavros Halkias and Yannis Pappas played the coach and professor and lots of other roles. Even the audience got involved!
This was one of my funnest nights ever and probably my favorite live show from all of 2018. It was such a blast!

I wish there was video of this, I'd have loved to have seen the faces of everyone enjoying roasting Ari, and Ari's face having to react to hearing it out loud.
Your dialogue and script pacing was perfect. The acting was at the quality of a London playhouse.
This needs to be a show. If any of the other comics have embarrassing letters or scripts it should be read out loud like this. Thanks for putting this up. Loved it.

The Skanks script was pretty bad, but, I can see it in a world where it can be somewhat salvageable. Ari's script is an absolute messy abortion. The reading was great.
I pray every night that this gets produced into an indie classic
30 minutes in and this is incredible
when disney gets around to remaking "the nightmare before chirstmas" as a live-action feature, ari should definitely play jack skellington
