The actual title of this track is Doppleganger (Spelled with an umluat over the 'o'), and is featured on a fan compilation of Metroid Sountracks remastered/mixed/orchastrtaed, called Harmony of a Hunter. This particular track is featured on the second album, titled 101% Run.

I was thinking, since there's been theories about sylux attempting to revive dark samus, and the final boss is fighting sylux to destroy what he is using to revive dark samus, and this theme played, with a bit of a sylux touch to it.

@@duckway4733 i have a theory that dark samus escaped the explosion of planet phaaze but was in a severly weakened state after the battle against samus so dark samus is using sylux as a vessel, this is somewhat similar to when dark samus took control of the other bounty hunters in metroid prime 3. Metroid Dread brought back the X Parasite even though we thought they were all Eliminated at the end of Metroid Fusion. So i can see something Similar Happening in Metroid Prime 4.
@@phazon_god4206 very valid theory my friend, it also explains why sylux his ship had this blue-ish hue to his ship in the post credits when you beat the game prime 3 three times, ever since I saw that I immediately and instinctively thought "this ship seems to be having that phazon vibe coming from it"
(Edit: I do not completely remember what Sylux's ship looked like in hunters but if i do remember correctly it was more black-ish with green lighting)
The boss fight on Planet Phaaze would have been even more badass if Dark Samus had used this remixed theme. 🤘🤘

honestly with some of the artists I listen to on a regular basis I think that'd be pretty awesome (say RIOT for example) I'm working on my own metroid remixes, but I don't get a lot of time to do it.

I don't know if it's an effect on the guitar or just a unique sound but, that weird background noise reminds me a lot of...the only way I can describe it is like a "Living Phazon"; pulsating to the rhythm of battle.

I love Metroid as well! while i was sadly late to the party as Prime 1 was my first game, I LOVE this series! For the love of Mario Nintendo, PLEASE GIVE METROID THE SAME LOVE YOU GIVE MARIO, ZELDA, POKEMON, AND FIRE EMBLEM! I mean hell, that last one is proof that all it takes is one game (Awakening) in your 1st and 2nd party IPs to hit the big time... AND FIRE EMBLEM WAS PRETTY MUCH IN A DO OR DIE SITUATION FOR THEIR FRANCHISE IN AWAKENING'S CASE!
I am very devoted to the prime community believe it or not lol. I love metroid. I play a lot of shooters (destiny 2 being one of them) I'm working on making my characters suits from metroid. hunter (samus due to the fact she's female, titan probably a galactic federation trooper and warlock I'm working out I'm considering chozo, but I haven't found a bird like helmet yet lol.) half the bosses and creatures in metroid you could just show me a picture and I'll know the name (I had a lot of training.)
@@wanderer1405 Welp both sides have been given a MASSIVE bone between Prime 4 in heavy development and Metroid 5, AKA DREAD, the nintendo equal to Half-Life 3 has not only been confirmed, BUT IT'S NEARLY FINISHED! it's a good year to be a Metroid fan!

Woah, holy shit, once the beat drops, you can hear a weird sound chunk that I find is identical to one you hear multiple times in Ratchet Gladiator. I'll get back to you on which music set it is, but I'm thinking Orxon (pretty sure it is)
