Wow, this song totally reignited my passion for Kamelot! For a long time I thought of Kamelot's work as "Ghost Opera, and a bunch of other cool albums". Now I must amend to add in Shadow Theory! Don't get me wrong, I love all their work and see them live as often as life allows, but those two albums in particular jump out as true genius. I was SO PSYCHED when they played this on the 2019 tour :-)

These lyrics are so fucking epic and beautiful in the same fuckin' time !! Lovin' someone we don't know the thoughts is like buyin' a box we don't what it contains ... So harrowing !

Almost pure power metal. :O This reminds me of the Fourth Legacy days, even though it's very different thematically. I wish they did a whole album in this style again.

Great song! I don't know what Vespertine means exactly, but according the dystopian theme in whole Album, I think about a dream, a dream where machines or maybe AI have people sleeping, and where people thinks that they are living a happy dream, meanwhile the world is collapsing...
*Absolutely* the best track off of Shadow Theory, just a power metal revelation. (Also 100% on my wedding playlist, but that is neither here nor there.) Can't wait to see them in Seattle this fall
