Well, it's disassembly, cleaning, oiling and painting at minimal cost. Basically, except for the chipped grooves of the pulley, which will damage the V-belts and the cracked engine cover, they should have been boiled and repaired and it's OK. Those bearings have low revolutions and are not heavily loaded, so they last. The hum of bearings on a band saw is pointless.

Да, могло је ово много боље, са мало више алата и наравно знања ... Али и овако како је урађено, функционише јер је бансек направљен класичног квалитета, практично за вечност, са малим изузетком, без кише и заливања водом. Браво мајсторе 👍💪👋

Вот только после промывки грязи и пыли на корпусах остаётся маслянная плёнка, которую перед покраской свежей краской нужно обязательно протирать обезжиривающим раствором иначе краска быстро отцепится.
У них краска даже на грунтовой дороге держится Главное разукрасить как петушка или попугайчика

36.19 left out the bottom bolt could cause casing to move.
You can bust a bolt hole by putting grease or anything else in the hole it's like a ram when it goes in and it creates a lot pressure
Das ist keine restauration.Das ist eine Reparatur mit einfachen Mitteln und minimalem Geldbeutel. Die Maschine wird in Asien noch jahrelang gute Dienste leisten. Kann schon verstehen wenn einige von Pfusch sprechen.Aber das Ding muss nur laufen. Thats it

Изумительно, любят ребята из юго-восточной Азии снимать видео о "керосиновом" ремонте. Трогательно вмазывает солидол в подшипник, не озабочиваясь добовить смазку через маслёнки, которых уйма. Не говоря уже о звмене пдшипников.

The bottom bearings seemed tight. The upper ball bearing nearest the saw band pulley is a bit loose. Fortunately, it will always have some preload on it due to band tension and gravity. That will keep it from flopping around. The saw was given a cleanup and service not a restoration, but I'm sure these workers did not pick the title for the video. Overall, decent work. It will probably go another 23 years.

No hiciste muchas cosas bien, ni siquiera pusiste sellos done entro agua, ni cambiaste los cables resecos de la parte interna del motor, etc! podrias hacerlo mucho mejor!

Шкив на движке не поменял, ремни порвёт, движок горелый, просится хотя бы на перемотку, тавотницы закрасил, подшипники не поменял, после сборки не прошприщевал, концевики не работают, вообщем для музея самый раз, а работать на таком нельзя!

Maszyna jest bardzo stara i już samo to wskazuje, że łożyska są mocno zużyte. Dadać do tego wyjątkowo silną korozję po zalaniu wodą i decyzja o wymianie łożysk przestaje budzić jakiekolwiek wątpliwości. I nie przesadzajmy, łożyska nie kosztują fortuny.
Samo oczyszczenie i nasmarowanie stwarza iluzję poprawnej pracy, ale na bardzo krótko. Takie łożyska mają luzy, takie łożyska wpadają w wibrację. Takie łożyska są po prostu NIEBEZPIECZNE! My w Polsce mawiamy: "jesteśmy za biedni na byle jakość i tandetę".
U nas też przeprowadza się gruntowne remonty starych i bardzo starych maszyn, szczególnie stolarskich. Bowiem często okazuje się, że stare konstrukcje z bardzo masywnymi stołami ze staliwa lub żeliwa i posiadające równie masywne korpusy maszyn są po prostu trwalsze od dzisiejszych maszyn zbudowanych oszczędnościowo z cienkich blach. I takie maszyny są CENIONE przez fachowców!
