Call the company that you are wanting to make the forks. They have the proper measuring tools and it would be ALOT better for you to send them the old tubes so they can get everything they need.

Those tubes could be fixed easily for seals as long as you know what you’re doing. Those are Ohlins best you can get and should be fixed for the originality of the bike.
Hi CJ, love your work man. I just wanted to ask you about the paint job, you painted the gear pedal arm and rod with an aerosol can without using primer. How well does paint bond to metal and how well does it last?
Idk where you live but just an FYI it makes it a lot easier when you let the tire sit outside in some heat for couple hours. Just a tad bit more stretchy
I don't no what sequence you torque'd the forks up but you don't do the fork pinch bolts up until the calipers are on and you center the calipers + did you ballance the new tyre ?
do you open the boxes then tape them back up for reveal on camera? lol it would eat me up having all those new parts and waiting for video to open them

Get the forks professionally measured where the oil seal sites to see what the difference there is, if you get them re- anodised, the anodising will add material so the size will reduce, so it might be enough to compensate for the poor fitting seal, d
Was that front tyre a matching brand and type to the rear CJ?That's defo different to the old one and we all know that mixing tyres can have a massive impact on riding and other variables. Tyre wear will be different, time getting temp in them will be differnt, water displacement in the rain and so on and so on and so on. I hope there a matching pair now. Plus I love seeing cleaner pushing grit and crap into bikes rather than being fully washed and decontaminated first 😢 🤦

ECU on the ZX10R is one in a million kinda problem. Hard to believe it shorted out.
If I was a suspicious person, I would think someone tried flashing the ECU and disconnected it or it lost power halfway through.

You didn't show balancing the front ZX10 tyre after you fitted it, did you do that off camera? Could be the reason the front wheel vibrates
