I saw this recipe last night and made it today. I have to say the best turkey meatloaf I ever made! It’s usually dry as hell and with this recipe it was perfect ! I thought twice about making the sauce for on top of it and using gravy but I did try it out and goes perfect with everything. Thank you for the recipe ! 😋
I make this recipe often and as plain as it may seem, it really is quite flavorful. I also saw a comment about placing this in the refrigerator for an hour and then shaping it. That is a 100% must, shaping is so much easier that way.
Made this and my own sauce. Omg my husband and I love this recipe. My first time cooking turkey ground beef. Loved it thank you so so much for the recipe. Totally a great recipe. Added to our favorites. Thanks. 🤗
I had to make only one change to this and used crushed pork rinds instead of bread crumbs. I couldn’t find any without 200 ingredients of I don’t know what lol, so I used pork rinds. This recipe is the best ever love it!!!
Sooo yummy!! Had to change a few things because it's all I had. Changes: Almond milk Bragg Liquid aminos (soy sauce alternative) Organic raw sugar 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (seasoned pepper alternative) Salt-free seasoned breadcrumbs Salt-free ketchup Added 1 tsp garlic paste
Realized I didn't have milk and only had heavy cream so I used that instead. It made the thing so soft and creamy and delicious. I'd recommend you give it a try! (Oh and I think I used an extra tsp of soy sauce too by accident)
I came home not knowing what to make for dinner only that I had ground turkey defrosted. So glad I found your video, this was super easy and delicious!
Thanks so much for this! I never like to make turkey meatloaf because it's so dry. I'm making this for the first time tonight and hoping the milk will help. On a side note, I used a cheese grade to finely chop the onions. I hate biting into onion chunks! Anyone who feels the same may want to give it a go. I add onion to my meatballs with this method and it helps give you that nice flavor without being overpowering.
I am so hungry and now I want meatloaf.... A Turkey Meatloaf. It really does look pretty damn awesome! Very nice :) Off to fix my fish supper, but would rather have this. ~Michael
My only difference was I tossed in a pkg of Onion Soup Mix. I did get a little moisture on top that watered down the glaze a little bit, not much. But yum. It was flavorful and moist. Tasted just like a meatloaf should. Thank You.
Looks really good! My wife loves meatloaf, I am so-so. She makes hers like she likes it, so I eat it. Her turkey meatloaf is always dry and way over cooked. I will have her watch your video, maybe she will try it?
This is great! I don't eat beef so this is perfect! Could you do a video for turkey meatballs? That's another thing that is tough to get a good recipe for! Thank you!!!
My secret for turkey meatballs is to use my turkey meatloaf recipe and roll them into balls instead of shaping it into a loaf. Bake them at 350*F for 20-25 minutes and you have turkey meatballs you can use for spaghetti or meatball subs or Swedish meatballs or sweet and sour meatballs. All works the same. ;-)
Can you omit the milk if you want? My grandmother ((when I was kid)) always cooked her meatloaf in water. Here I see that you didn't. Is their a difference?
I just made this today, and it was excellent. The only change I made was using soy milk as my husband has a dairy allergy, and it worked out fine, so wanted folks to know that in case they have to do the same. I did also put the mixture in the fridge for about an hour before shaping, which made it much firmer and easier to shape. It's definitely a keeper, thank you.
I also "subbed" oats for the bread crumbs. We've yet to see how that turns out. Also good to know someone else found the "mixture" to be more the consistency of cake batter or banana loaf bread batter than what you'd think anything with "meat" in it, should be. The last time I tried this, I tried it with pork chorizo instead of turkey and it was a little firmer going into the baking sheet.
Holy cow! This was the first meatloaf I ever made and it came out fantastic! Without a doubt the best one I’ve ever had. I’m meal prepping with it and I cannot stop eating it while I’m putting it away lol. I was apprehensive about the sauce at first but it actually tastes pretty good! Looking forward to eating this. Very cheap and easy recipe, I was able to get 4 servings worth out of it.
Just subscribed to your channel and gave it a thumbs up.❤😍 I love the way that you shared your recipe. It's clear, simple , easy to follow👍👏 Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🙏
Just made it, glazed with chili sauce, ketsup, and brown sugar, delicious with homemade cornbread and a kettle of baked beans. My husband is absolutely stoked he doesn't have to eat any veggies tonight, lol.
Best Meatloaf Recipe Ever!!!!!! I used ground meat (my husband is from the Mid-West, so he is a Meat and Potato's Guy!) He loved it...YAY! I have tried all your recipes, from the Parm Chicken to the Chili...AWESOME!!!!!
Tastes lovely, I like my veg, so I dry fried onion, red pepper and some finely chopped mushrooms, for a few minutes, b4 adding to the turkey mix... Great recipe, I will definitely be making it again..
Dude! You do a fantastic job of explaining this. No nonsense. Love how you throw in alternatives without missing a beat. Not a wasted second, anywhere in this video! I hope you have a lot more recipe/cooking videos like this one because Ilm subscribing. You're gunna be my goto channel for cooking from now on. Thanks Mister!
OK the second time I tried this there was no way I could get that mass onto a cookie sheet, it flowed more like cake batter. Maybe ¾ cup milk is too much? I had to put it in a proper "loaf" pan because I had to POUR it. I dispensed with the sauce on top...maybe later as it's cooking and gets more "solid"?
Let the breadcrumbs absorb the milk before adding them next time. Also, I've noticed grocery stores are adding more and more water to ground meat to bulk it up to cheat us of actual product. Try getting your meat from an actual butcher as they are less likely to do that and you'll have better results.
I just made this for the second time this week and it was perfect each time. The family can’t get enough. It’s safe to say this one is a keeper. New sub for sure!
I made this last night. It's a good easy recipe. Thank you. I also subscribed to your channel. I like that you include cooking techniques and tips in your video. Technique is very much appreciated !!!
*Crouton Crackerjacks:* *_@_**_5:01_**_ - "...it's an all around basic and versatile recipe. From here, you can whatever ingredients that you like, if you wanna add peppers to this and carrots and all that other..._* *(pauses)* *_... jazz_* 😆
I was rushing and on the phone, and I mixed it a bit too much, added the glaze half way done. Kept it simple and not paying attention, didn’t use milk. It still came out delicious! Thank you. I’ve always used ground beef so looked up turkey and your recipe even though I messed up a bit, still delicious! Looking forward to when I’m actually paying attention lol…. Again, thank you !! Oh I just added onions and garlic. Even messed it up, was delicious….
Hi CC , not sure you are still doing recipe videos or not irs been awhile since a new 1 & live your content !!! If you reach this comment since there was nowhere to msg you .... Wonder if you can do a meatball soup & I'm looking up recipes for Matzah ball soup . When I was young my gma from my dad side was Jewish & we had that 2 Sundays a month . Hope you find & see this soon to reply . My name is Leah .
This is a great recipe. My boyfriend was so apprehensive to try a version with turkey. We both like it better than beef meatloaf. I love that it doesnt sit as heavy. So Goog! Thanks for the recipe. This is a staple recipe in our house :)
Thank you for this recipie as it is moist and instead of any kind of sauce, I just pour some chicken stock on the ditch, it will make a light sauce. I put the sause and meatloaf crumbs (that I scrape off the foil) into another small pan to make a gravy.
I made this the other night using half & half and the result was a flavorful moist meatloaf with nice texture. This will be my "go to" loaf recipe. Not over mixing the mixture is the key. Thanks! New sub.
That meanie just beat up an egg..oh well guess its better then beating your meat....wait did i say that? Yeah it was already ground. Git yer mind outta the gutter....lol good recipe. I use 1lb turkey and 1 lb ground chicken. The chicken acts as a tasty filler. I do not recommend using ground pork with either of these. But it is ok with ground sirloin. I shoulda been a chef since i love cooking.
Okay.......>I'm a staunch "beef" meatloaf guy...but.........I am going to go out on a limb here and make your re recipe tonight to prove to myself I can change my ways (& eating habits). I will do a follow up post to let you know how it came out. Thanks for your video as it was easy/peasy for me to follow and make w/o having to give up on my natural "laziness" when it comes to preparing dinner. PK
Thanks for the recipe. I used it today and it was a hit with the family. I used Costco's ground turkey and pretty much followed your steps except I used fresh onions. I also used twice the amount of meat and doubled everything in your recipe and it all worked out. The bottom of my turkey burnt a bit but that's on me. I should've moved the oven rack to the middle and then it would've been perfect.
I’m back!!! Checking to see if you have made it back?! But another year has passed by and still no you! You undoubtedly do not know how much you have helped and how much we love and miss you!❤
I love your videos. The way you explain things is so clear. So many YT cooks just don't have 1-clean kitchens. 2-clean hands, 3-wonderful voice 4-great recipes!
Yep. In fact the original recipe uses worcestershire sauce, not soy but most people don't have worcestershire sitting around so I used soy instead. But they both work equally well.
I followed this recipe step by step and it is the best meatloaf I have ever made! My new go to meatloaf recipe! Thank you so much for sharing!
Maleah Merrill well I’m about to give it a go
Hexy yeah me too
Is 250 to low
I made this yesterday and it’s SO GOOD! I added onions and peppers and I loved it!!! 😊 thank you for sharing!
Yes girl, the only way to make it! 🙌

My go to recipie for best meatloaf ever. Shared with over 100 people. And will continue. Love you. Thank you.❤️
This recipe turned out so so good.

The hubby can’t wait for me to make this for him tonight, thank u!
God bless!
Sooo yummy!! Had to change a few things because it's all I had.
Changes:
Almond milk
Bragg Liquid aminos (soy sauce alternative)
Organic raw sugar
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (seasoned pepper alternative)
Salt-free seasoned breadcrumbs
Salt-free ketchup
Added 1 tsp garlic paste
Rossygrossy why the sugar?
Sugar gives a real nice touch
Xx
Rossygrossy I tried almond milk did you find it came out too runny ?
No almond use rice milk
Realized I didn't have milk and only had heavy cream so I used that instead. It made the thing so soft and creamy and delicious. I'd recommend you give it a try! (Oh and I think I used an extra tsp of soy sauce too by accident)
I came home not knowing what to make for dinner only that I had ground turkey defrosted. So glad I found your video, this was super easy and delicious!
This is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks.
I've made this several times but never with milk & a few other ingredients you used. This is awesome! Can't wait to try your recipe. God bless
Only recipe I use!!! Been using this for years!! Thank you!❤
Thanks so much for this! I never like to make turkey meatloaf because it's so dry. I'm making this for the first time tonight and hoping the milk will help.

Awesome meatloaf!!! Please come back! We miss you♥️♥️♥️
Thanks for this recipe!! Hubby & I followed this recipe for dinner & we will be making it again in the future. Thanks!!
Today I use this recipe again ! Is the best 2021
Can’t wait to make this ! I want to start cooking more with Turkey .
Love your technique for cooking the meatloaf. I'm going to use it next time I make one.
Wow , I did step by step . What a nice receipt. Delicious thank you.
Actually used these steps and it came out amazing. Will continue to watch more of ur videos
I've never done a turkey meatloaf but meatloaf is one of my comfort foods.. I use a ketchup/mustard topping too! Will have to give turkey a try..
I am so hungry and now I want meatloaf.... A Turkey Meatloaf. It really does look pretty damn awesome! Very nice :)
Off to fix my fish supper, but would rather have this.
~Michael
Thank you. That was moist and delicious. The family loved it 😍👍👏
I add mushrooms and onions to my meatloaf. Making this recipe tomorrow.
My only difference was I tossed in a pkg of Onion Soup Mix. I did get a little moisture on top that watered down the glaze a little bit, not much. But yum. It was flavorful and moist. Tasted just like a meatloaf should. Thank You.
Dang now that's a good looking meatloaf right there!!!!! Excellent job I am gonna have to try this too
This will be my first time making this I can’t wait I’ll let you know how it came out Thanks!
Thank you!!
Made this tonight, it was moist and really flavorful. Great job, thanx. (I also use your chicken noodle soup vid. It rocks)
Going to bake it today~ Thanks👍
Yum! Dab at the end! Lol great video I will try!
Looks really good! My wife loves meatloaf, I am so-so. She makes hers like she likes it, so I eat it. Her turkey meatloaf is always dry and way over cooked. I will have her watch your video, maybe she will try it?
Trying it now let's see how it turns out
Nice. I've been wanting to have fun with the shape and even add decor like a cake. A turkey loaf made to look like Lil Bub!!! RIP
This is great! I don't eat beef so this is perfect!
Could you do a video for turkey meatballs? That's another thing that is tough to get a good recipe for!
Thank you!!!

Thank you!!!
Made it tonight for dinner it was very enjoyable I didn't add soy sauce in place of it I used applesauce
Have you ever thought to do storytelling for sleeping methods or meditations?Your voice is soothing
Do you talk while you cook or do you do a voice over?? Nice video btw
I only have almond milk, will it work for the recipe or will it change the texture/flavor?
Looks so delicious :)
I also added a squirt of sriracha to the soy before adding - 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks!! Great video!
What can you use in place of the season pepper?
dude you are awesome
Can you omit the milk if you want? My grandmother ((when I was kid)) always cooked her meatloaf in water. Here I see that you didn't. Is their a difference?
The easiest, its moist, no greasy juice. I baked it in my Toaster Oven. The loaf didnt stick to foil!
I would add the sauce the last couple minutes of cooking so that the sauce doesn't get to burnt.
I just made it just an HR ago the sauce does not burn what so ever
I just made this today, and it was excellent. The only change I made was using soy milk as my husband has a dairy allergy, and it worked out fine, so wanted folks to know that in case they have to do the same. I did also put the mixture in the fridge for about an hour before shaping, which made it much firmer and easier to shape. It's definitely a keeper, thank you.
Very kind of you thank you
Thank you for the idea

Since I am on a diet this is the perfect recipe for me for protein and all.
Same girl!

Thanks! Glad the hubby enjoyed!!
I've grown tired of red meat. Turkey is a great alternative
Lol I like how you said “if you want peppers and carrot and all that other….. JAZZ” 😅
If this is the sweet sauce. It's my favorite meal behind chicken and dumplings
Great video i don't use whole or 2% skim milk, i tried Almond milk..i been using that for yrs.
This is my go to recipe for turkey meatloaf comes out amazing every time 😘
I just made this. Delicious and super moist! I added minced onions, green peppers, and garlic. Great recipe!
Tastes lovely, I like my veg, so I dry fried onion, red pepper and some finely chopped mushrooms, for a few minutes, b4 adding to the turkey mix...
Great recipe, I will definitely be making it again..
I wonder if French's onions would work well with this?
I think it looks good. I would add onions and bell peppers though.

Too much milk and it'll will be mushy!
I just made this and it was fantastic! I like the flavor better than beef meatloaf. Thanks for this great recipe!
Made it this afternoon - everyone likes it!
I made this last night. It's a good easy recipe. Thank you. I also subscribed to your channel. I like that you include cooking techniques and tips in your video. Technique is very much appreciated !!!
Great video easyto make and looking very delicious 😋 god always blessed you 🤗 thank you for sharing 💝🔔👍
Do I double up on everything if im making two pounds?
Mike K yes you should. I did it.
That meatloaf looks great Jason. Love ketchup and mustard topping also.
Can I substitute oatmeal for breadcrumbs?
Made it last night and I couldn't stop eating it lol 😂❤
This turned out great! The family gave it 9 out 10. Rather than ketchup and mustard, I used salsa and hot mustard then added cheese.
Never had turkey loaf before. This is my fourth time now. Love this recipe. Thank you.

Yep. In fact the original recipe uses worcestershire sauce, not soy but most people don't have worcestershire sitting around so I used soy instead. But they both work equally well.
You did a beautiful job with this meatloaf. I like the topping you made! xo
Ive use this recipe a few times already, and always end up returning to it. It is amazing!😊My family always eat the whole thing every time! 😂👍
