Yes they didn't hear his name unfortunately with the microphone and we didn't want to intervene so as not to refilm and fake it. But I can assure you that they were very surprised and happy to meet him afterwards!

POE deserves to be in a team next year
having a GM next to a challenger for such a challenge isn't very clever, the knowledge of the game is way too close, there aren't many things the challenger will know the GM doesn't especially out of questions like these
True but the GM didn't know much which is kind of pathetic. He mains support and yet knows nothing about timers on drake or anything. It felt like he had the knowledge of a gold at best.
I mean... as a jungler I am dumbfounded how little they knew. I am now more understanding when ppl are hardly capable of cooperating since they cannot be prepared to help since they don't know what will when happen. For example there is very often an opportunity to just take the turret and killed the enemy or just gank other lane with ur jungler because of the prio but u need to know how much the rift deals to be ready for that. Or not knowing when the drake is spawning means you don't know what level you, your jungler and enemies will be when it spawns and again be ready for that. Well that's the answer why laners who know this and can use this can generate so much pressure and be very impactful even if they don't have the gold advantage.

These questions, you don't need to be challenger to know the answer of the qeustions. I'm in silver and I know the answers to these questions. one just has to read patch notes but that doesn't mean one is good at the game

Knowing timers is very important as you can think and know what to plan ahead of time. Drake is 5 minutes and elder is 6 minute respwan timers. High elo players should know that as its basic knowledge.
