A beautiful teal patrician shelf gives such a unique beauty and a great sense of privacy to our client and graciously gives her a bedroom and living room - The Kootenay model also has a large loft which adds to its square footage - in this design process we were able to transform the loft it into a lovely space for a child, and have tons of fun with texture, color, and decor.
Our wonderful designer, Malia, was able to tie in beautiful golds with the bold and bright blues our client chose. We hope you enjoy this closer look into how all the magic happens!

absolutely. one of my favs so far. I prefer a kitchen at the end, but I really like this layout too. I like the cozy feel of it. I'm short so i like the low ceiling...

Love this one! Not sure I saw where we're keeping our clothes, tho...
I guess under the bed. But that wouldn't be enough storage for me. Plus, I'd need a place to hang some of my clothes.
Near the bathroom there are two closets actually - they can be used for whatever you need!
