So with people asking to use phones, the best response is to ask them the number so you can make the call for them. If they say it's an extremely serious situation, or urgent, then they shouldn't have a problem letting you input the number and start the call for them, right? If they insist on dialing themselves, I'm not going to let them use my phone as it's either not important enough, or they're planning to steal it.

I didn't even realize your comment and I wrote pretty much the same thing LOL. You'd have to be stupid as fuck to let somebody you don't know use your phone. Hell even the people you know might scroll through your pictures and try to find some private shit. I say only let your girlfriend/wife you would trust with your life use your phone. Anyone else just ask what's the number you need to call and I'll dial it and put it on speaker.

During Arab Andy's bomb threat thing, the people screaming right after the explosion sound is actually a pretty commonly-used recording of a crowd screaming for movie, TV, and games...
I'm not saying it's fake, it's obviously not; instead, it seems that screaming was attached to the sound of the beeping and explosion as well. So they're literally stirring up even more panic AFTER the fake explosion by making it seem like more people are screaming than there actually are...

If loitering laws sound ridiculous, there's a reason: They were originally put into place to make it illegal for the formerly enslaved to be unemployed. If you were hanging out in public because you had nowhere to go, you could be arrested and sentenced to labor.

There's a famous case in the United States where the city of Chicago passed a law prohibiting loitering in an attempt to curb gang activity (because they assumed that if you were standing around doing nothing, you must be waiting for the rest of your gang to show up so you can attack as a pack). So many people got arrested for doing nothing wrong that they petitioned the Supreme Court, and SCOTUS struck down the law for being so vague that people couldn't tell when they were breaking it. I wonder if the law that Chicken Andy was arrested under is clearly defined enough that it got to stay, or if it has since been nullified.

People who think Allahuakbar has any threatening connotations have simply drawn the wrong conclusion from the common context of Muslim terrorists saying it before they act. The solution to irl streaming is either find a way to delay the footage so you're always 50 minutes ahead of what the viewers see, or record As if it's a livestream, then stream the recording the following day.

At least in South Korea, when people say let's go get a drink, it is ALWAYS accompanied by food/snacks because it is culturally ingrained that drinking without food is a dumb decision and so to reduce the probability of drunken mishaps, customers must eat while they drink.

He was a risk to himself and others, the only reason he hadn't faced any punishments yet is because technically it isn't his fault, but technicalities doesn't mean you can continue to be an ass like that.

I never understood why people would steal phones to begin with people usually have a lock on their phone and even if the phone gets wiped the lock usually stays. So even if they try to steal it it's easy enough to track them using modern technology and tracking apps and if somebody really didn't need help I would just tell them to give me the number and I'll put it on speaker I'm not handing it over.

Regarding the arresting for loitering, hate speech is not illegal in the United States in contrast to many nations. To get around that so the expression of such can be halted the person much be charged with something that is illegal.
A charge of loitering is the work around often used in that circumstance. It gets the offending person off the streets thus ending the disturbance, with the charge itself quite often not even pursued in court at it has already severed it's purpose of suppression.

Bar staff are responsible for everything that happens in the establishment, including people sneaking drinks to underage people... That is to say, if someone of age buys a drink and takes it out to their underage friend sat in the smoking area, the server is accountable for underage drinking. Even if they aren't aware that it's going on.
There's a lot of things bar staff can get in trouble for. People choosing to drive home isn't one of them.
