How to replace dishwasher door seal - Bosch, Siemens - how to repair/fix leaks, gasket replacement

I would like to give my gratitudes to this Polish guy. Almost for a week I was searching for where to insert these gray edges of the seal, right into the bolts. Somehow, these gray edges went into a place located at the sides of the dishwasher in my situation. They fit perfectly that made me thought that it was the right place but then of course the door was not able to close completly. There are fancy videos on the youtube in which they put the camera 10 km away from the dishwasher to make the people not see it. This man, showed exactly the spot. Once again, dziekuje bardzo.

How do the two grey plastic ends of the new seal attach to the rubber part of the seal?
Are they just pushed in?

Is it needed to remove the lateral panels?

this is the wrong way to do. The correct way involves removing both lateral panels, detaching the door from the dishwasher. Look here ruclips.net/video/h3F-7VRPI8M/видео.html
