Thanks for taking us along! I found out my sister follows you also, we looked at each other and said "that's a nice thing to find on my way out" we laughed so hard 🙂 Have a super nice day KatyDid ROCKS!
Wow you guys sure found just tons of agates! And those banded Cherts or jaspers were gorgeous! And the jasp-agates and the beautiful agatized wood! Good golly you had a fantastic day! My goodness! Just phenomenal! Thanks Kate and Jim!
So envious and shocked at how much beautiful stuff you find. I find it funny when you start to get bummed out when you have a few minutes of not finding anything. I can go days without finding one decent rock.
Can’t believe someone accused you of staging your finds! Did they think you just turn the river on and off like a faucet to lower the water, too? 😂 You have a lot of beautiful stuff there and I look forward to finding my own someday! Can’t wait to visit MT❤
If I was betting, I think I'd have to put my money on this adventure outdoing your last one at the ranch; which was quite fine as well! You've set the agate/jasper/PW bar quite high with those two hunts.
What a beautiful spot! Do you mind telling me where you got your bucket carrier with oversized wheels? That would be a great addition to my rock picking arsenal since I'm getting up there in age. Thanks for the great videos!
Hello, Barbara! The company that made the cart is unfortunately out of business. I'm trying to work with someone to get new ones made, because it's such a perfect tool.
The bucket is made by a company named Broll. It is now out of business. I'm working with a guy to try to get new ones on the market - if it comes through, I'll let folks know in a video.
If you mean the dark one with holes, in the center of the pic, nope, that's what I call DEVILSTONE! (Because it looks exactly like agate when covered with silt.)
I asked because I found one like that and it is an agate, but looks like chocolate milk when cut. I love your Adventures on the Yellowstone with Mr. Did and others too.@@KatyDidRocks
Question- where would be good place for us being Disabled Seniors to Rockhound for those Beautiful Creations? We will be Driving toward Tennesse. Would you recommend a good Rock Shop to Visit.

Sorry the audio was messed up, Mike!
@KatyDidRocks no need for apologies! I rewatched it after, and the volume was fine. 🍻

Kate, I love you. Please slow down your camera shots. I got dizzy! I love your videos and don't miss one. Keep on doing!
Thank you for the feedback! Could you give me a timestamp of an example where you got dizzy, so I can see what I’m doing?
I so wanna go rock hunting with you! Super gorgeous finds!
Thank you! :)
Oh, I forgot...love that diamond willow beaver stick...I would have taken that too!
I plan to tumble some of those small agates and make some wire wrapped suncatchers, hung on stuff like that.
Oh, that's a great idea! Anything that combines wood and rocks is awesome in my book!
So many beautiful rocks! 😊
You've got that right!
Wow! Such beautiful finds! I love it. Thank you so much for sharing those beauties with us.
Thanks for watching!
Cool❤
Thanks!

It really was a great day. :)
Such a variety of agates. So cool.❤😊❤
Thanks, Jennifer!
I used to live in Glendive and find beautiful agates along the river. Also lots of fossils in the dry sandstone creeks
The Glendive area is agate and fossil paradise!
That first banded jasper you found is super awesome! I love it!😀
Jim found it - it's really cool!
Hello Katy I love the light at this time of year it shows off the true beauty of the agates and petrified wood loved this trip 😊

Absolutely gorgeous Kate! What area are you in?
Eastern Montana. :)

@KatyDidRocks That would be awesome and thanks for getting back to me. :)
ive found a pretty jasper and im wanting to do something with it like make a signet ring with it
That sounds cool!
Amazing finds!!!! I have a question. Where did yall get that bucket on wheels?
The bucket is made by a company named Broll. It is now out of business. I'm working with a guy to try to get new ones on the market - if it comes through, I'll let folks know in a video.
Was that a Chunky, Chunky sticking its nose out of the sand at 15:16?
If you mean the dark one with holes, in the center of the pic, nope, that's what I call DEVILSTONE! (Because it looks exactly like agate when covered with silt.)

Yepper Jim you need to split that rock down the center Length wise I think your going to be rewarded greatly.
Sounds good!

Hello! It really depends on where you are starting from - if you let me know, I can maybe help. :)
I-90 East to Idaho, Montana, Wyoming then to Tennessee- visit Family. Thank YOU@@KatyDidRocks
What part of the country?
The Yellowstone River in eastern Montana!
Where is this please
Hey there! We accessed the beaches west of Rosebud, Mt. by taking our boat upstream. It's beautiful country!
Where do you find those at
This is in Montana. :)
Is there any in tacna az
do you know how to remove river scum and green stains from algae on rocks?
You might first try soaking it in vinegar for a week. If that doesn't get all of it, move on to a weak acid.
ok thank you I'll try that@@KatyDidRocks
:)
