Is it just me who's actually struggling to understand what Johnson says in Parliament lately? Not in a "I don't agree with this" sense, but in a "Wait, I forgot, what was he supposed to be talking about again?" sense. I can remember the question, but it's like I've heard verbal static in the time between the end of the last question and the start of the next one.

I’ve said this, sanctions against Russian Oligarchs would hurt the Tory party donor list more than the sanctions against the Russians.
Btw, none of the sanctions include energy, which is the main money maker for russia when in trade with europe. Also, 700mil of oil, gas and coal was bought by european countries including the UK just before and during when the sanctions were being set

Here in the Netherlands, the Largest political party (VVD) stated that they want the sanctions against Russia to include bank transfers. The reason is just as Ian Blackford stated: To deprive the Russians of being able to transfer funds to influence politics in Europe.
