I just bought the book and I’m starting on the fifth chapter. That’s amazing you bought it when it first came out! I feel like I’ve missed out on so much but I’m catching up:-)
Just finished the book over the weekend, I’ll be at your next LIVE in Jan, and watch the first 2 in the meantime. Question: is there a .pdf (or something) out there that summarizes all the energy practices and such discussed in book? Example: the spinning clockwise 33 times while focusing on your thumb before going into Gassho pose. That practice alone was like adding a supercharger to my energy system, and it had that effect the very first time. Talk about mind blowing my valuable (and if you focus correctly on the thumb, you won’t even get yourself dizzy!) How about “Keepers of the Garden”? If you’ve read it, I need to find out more about that race of beings. Anything to add to my seeking?? (I’ll share more about this, but not yet, I’m still unlocking w treasures) ♾️🩵♾️🌞
