Wouldnt you get FAR more value from Mecherol if you taunt it and nothing else? that way it keeps losing and getting divine shield every hit? with it not taunted you get literally 1 extra divine shield per battle.. am I missing something?
@@onegirltwojackets2835 I mean I get that but the other option is not having it taunted and getting almost no value… at least taunt it and maybe a couple others so that the Leroy has a 25-30% chance to kill it
That is correct, but that only works if you dont have any taunts outside of mecherel removing taunt is a nightmare. and you dont want to sabotage your build early on for the potential mecherel value later Also as mentioned all that value goes by bye if someone runs lerroy mecherel only getting 2 or 3 resets is still worth running, even if its not "double mecherel 20 resets win the game by itself" good
What would they nerf it it's mid it's fun but its kind of a pivot build it work until you can get mechs off the ground it's not a 1st place build but to be fair there's only 1 or 2 ways that you can scale each class that is any good there's too many bad cards in the card pool
Although I enjoy his vids, I sometimes find shady a bit unsympathetic. Calling the guy out for saying "6 gold is bad for 2 spells per turn" for his confidence? It's just an opinion, nobody begin every opinion statement with "I think...". Shady himself says his opinion all the time without calling it an opinion. Plus, considering it's only 1 (additional) spell per turn, I also consider 6 gold too much.

Windfury and Leroy are the only real counters to mecharel, and guess what having multiple taunts counters?

Mechs feel a little overtuned and have so many different avenues.
Two S-tier comps, and it got nerfed the least with the latest balance patch. Feels like Blizz has a favorite tribe right now.
