your getting more mmr if you are far away from your internal mmr. shadys account "Twitchchat" probably has an internal mmr around 11k. So he gets more mmr for a win at 9k. Your internal mmr is around 7k so you get only 100 because you are already at your playing level.
your mmr is different than rating. if you keep winning way more than losing your mmr stays high and wins give a lot and losses lose little. If you are close to 50/50 you wins give about 100

Can anyone explain how is it 300mmr for the win at 9k??? Is it up after certain mmr again?? Like I get 90-100 if I win at 7+k mmr
