Not to be weird but what profit margins do you usually get? I remember hearing I think that Andrew Wilkinson was making like $1m+ in profit per year from his agency Metalab
Hi Joao Nina, I m also currently running a software agency, I would be very happy to discuss with you and see if there are possible collaborations between us.
How did u start finding clients for your agency? I have a background in agency in Brazil, but there the client approach was very local. I met some people in person and they've kept refereeing me to other clients. Now I'm in Europe (also Lisbon) and find it much harder to get in touch with clients. Cold approaches in social networks or email doesn't seam to work and for me it looks like freelancers are not much frequent to be hired, at least in Portugal. Great video btw!
Thanks a lot- I actually made another video about this. But it's still a social game, you just have to be in the right circles in my opinion. You can also do a lot of it online. If you do a really good job, people will refer you- when you upgrade to a more expensive market, usually you have to improve your service as well, because the standards in more expensive markets are higher
Thanks Joe ❤ Keep Growing 💪
