  • It's been a long way since my first deal with this agency, but I thought I'd share my reflections on it, looking back now, 2 years later.

    Thank you, for sharing your experience. We need people more like you. People who just gets down to the business and provide value. Most of RUclips videos nowadays are Clickbait. But this one is solid🎉

    This is so true. I have watched a few videos on your channel and I run a software development agency too for 4 years now. Each sentence exactly feels like "Yes, I have been there too!"

    Can you do a video on software dev fulfillment? Do you hire your developers or do the work yourself, and if you hire them where do you usually find your employees, is it on upwork? Thanks, that would really help ❤

    • @joao__nm
      @joao__nm  5 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah sure I can make one. I hire developers, but not on upwork. Typically I find them through my network or online communities. Sometimes I also do development work myself though, it depends.

      For what kind of agency? If it's development, I have a video about how I got my first leads. Also, if you're interested, you can check out devlaunch.minthouse.dev/

      @@joao__nm Is it better to open an agency in WordPress or in full-stack development like React and the MERN stack

    Hi, I was wondering what was your starting point? Did you go to college or coding was just a hobby for you?

    • @joao__nm
      @joao__nm  4 дня назад

      Didn’t go to college. I made a website for my friends for a small business at 13. Kept going.

    How do you find work? How do you convince the client that you are the guy?

    • @joao__nm
      @joao__nm  5 месяцев назад +2

      By being part of communities, and being genuinely helpful. Convincing them you're the guy is really just about being honest.
      There's plenty of people who have the raw skillset- there aren't as many people the client trusts. You have to be trustworthy, & honest
