I agree about the people begging for an edge but don’t underestimate that armstead pick up he’s A vet that still has some left in the tank, perfect bridge player. Going Oline first i believe would be a mistake imo. Our oline is solid, we can go grab one in the 3rd and develop. Going WR would be ideal for our offense we have to keep up with the AFC and our division. Getting an Oline in the first not to start doesn’t help us. We go for needs in this draft. It should be corner or WR.

I really don’t understand why everyone is moving away from WR1??? I understand beefing up the trenches but you can always find a big guy in other rounds, you’ll struggle to find a WR1 past round 1
If you are able to get a top3 wr1 yes. But there is not that big of a diffrence between Nr.4 and lets say number 8-10 same with the cb position.
I think there are several tiers of wr/cb. Tier 1 are like 3 guys. Tier 2 are again like 5-7 guys which you are able to pick in round 2. If no top giy is there maybe trade back to get an additional 2 round pick and use them for a cb and wr.
I agree with this but I’m not gonna be mad if an OG is one of our top 3 picks. It was one our biggest weaknesses last year. We got no push in the run and our guys generally got pushed straight back.
I’d go for CB in rd1 then trade up back up for someone like Keon or Pearsall in the second. We can’t trade that 3rd but I’d be looking hard at a guard or a DT. Baalke hasn’t found his Linder, that late round olinemen that’s just good.

If we take a tackle then we need to trade cam Robinson immediately. Which is a win-win situation because we get a young guy 5 years for cheap. And we save that money from getting rid of Robinson. I'm not against it. I am less of a fan of taking a corner at 17

I’ve been doing mock draft for a while and every player I’ve predicted the jags should take and they don’t when they are there ends up being great players when another team take them. I’ll say this and mark my word if we take an OL and have another failed season they need to fire Baalk
