Wow! We have very similar collections man!!! Love the Food sets, Box Sets, ALL Cubs cards, Dawson, Sandberg, New cards with old players, Gold Cups, Art Cards, Sandbergs, Reprints, great finds here!! Nolan, Rickey, Oddball Restaurant cards, etc- love it!! Love that set at the end, never seen the preview set!!!
The 80s were especially full of the food and oddball sets. Those are the best!
Total respect for the work evident in these finds. You get great value for your money. Really like the Woolworth, Gold Star Chili, and Tombstone Pizza cards.

Awesome pick ups. I'm from Lorain Ohio and been collecting cards off and on since 85. Thanks for bringing back memories and seeing and learning about cards i never knew existed. I was a Big Mac collector since 88. When i got back in the hobby again in 18, I started out collecting him again and enjoying eBay for the first time. I learned about the modern hobby and player's by watching RUclips videos and by spring of 19 I started buying retail and really enjoyed all the awesome cards I got and I was really lucky. I always liked the white Sox and decided I'll pick a modern player to collect. I chose Yoan Moncada and after a year i decided I would super collect his cards like I did with Mcgwire. I have a massive Moncada collection now.
That’s awesome! As you’ll see I’m all about you enjoying the hobby as you see fit. Cool to see another McGwire PC guy. And I actually covered Moncada during his 2016 season in Salem, VA. That was a crazy loaded lineup. Moncada, Devers, Benintendi, Dubon (who I PC) and Kopech. Fun year.
Your dime box finds always amaze me. Sharkys cards???? Shicked that there are over 100 cards in that set. Any day when a new Mattingly drops into your collection is a great day!
Yep. I had to look it up. 158 cards (159 with an Earl Averill coupon card). From 1976 and you could only get them from 5 Seattle Shakey’s locations. Talk about a realllyyy regional set! I would love to know how they were distributed. May have to dig deeper. And my finds even surprise me a lot of times. Haha. Thanks for the comment!

Awesome! I’ll add the Orel to the stack. And I collect cards like a golden retriever with squirrels around. All over the place. When people ask me what I collect I simply say “yes”.
