My daughters 2018 Toyota Highlander just started doing this, the information center said (Braking power low stop in a safe place) and the vehicle would not start I put a jumper pack on it and it fired right up, prior to putting the jumpers on it lights were very bright horn loud blower motor seamed fine it did not seem like a power issue however my wife’s escalate if the voltage is under 12 volts are it will not turn over Toyota may have that same safety built in si as not to damage the electronics with low voltage high amps do a load test on your battery
@@weathermanthefisherman2233 no totally dead! so it’s some kind of electronic lock out it has done this twice in the last six months but each time I put a jumppack on it it fire up instantly
@@weathermanthefisherman2233 Do you have any advice on this issue? My 2018 Highlander doesn't;t start, then starts no problem with jumper cables. Advance Auto said the battery is fine and that it may be the starter motor. What did yours end up being?

What was the problem with yours? Mine did the same yesterday for the first time. Did yours try to start, or totally dead? Mine was trying.

Electrical issue, malfunction, relay/computer module/conections wires. Possibly related to power seats/mirrors or A/C relay.
