Those cops are douchebags. You're on a public sidewalk and there's no evidence you were impeding access. I would have told them to kick rocks. Record your time there for when you sue the pd and clinic if you get arrested for false charges.
PP has 4 cameras out there. If they had anything but false accusations, they would show video evidence. It would be nice to have a body cam. Can't video on my phone for 4 hours.

If you don't think that anyone entering that building doesn't have any idea why they are going there, then that's a problem of a whole other level that you are not qualified to help with (and neither am I). Do what you gotta do, but don't cross the disorderly conduct line.
