Comment: Another great flight on BA, this time at night. Like mentioned in my previous club world review video, the Do&Co catering is a great inflight dining experience. I didn't find the crew as friendly as I did on my previous flight but they got the job done, while the hot towels from the outbound were missing also. It got a bit dark to film but left the takeoff in for the sound of the RB211's! Bedding from the White company again very soft and made a great nights sleep.

Wonderful video, I feel bad for you getting told off for filming inside the lounge! Same thing happened when I was in the BA arrival lounge last year.. Last week, when I was filming inside the Japan Airlines lounge at Narita, the staff saw me and bowed in front of the camera, very impressed!
One World Flyer Thank you for the compliment! It's quite frustrating but It depends on what individual you encounter, staff from different airports across the world can be like chalk and cheese!

Oh... and my doctor just drops his iPhone in his top shirt pocket and films every consultation, yes, we are made aware of it) in case there are any medical malpractice questions. That would be an easy way to go through the terminal & lounges with your phone camera running out of the top of your shirt pocket and no obvious GoPro. 😊 loved the video!

This was a terrific video. Thank you! Does the ticket normally cost around $4000? $That does seem a bit pricey. But, it did look comfortable and the food looked very good. I too was surprised at the aircraft choice. What do you think is the best commercial Atlantic crossing available now?
ann nonymous ann nonymous Yeah Business class can be expensive. Luckily I paid for this one with frequent flyer miles (avios). Best Airline over the Atlantic? Depends what class I guess, but a lot of good things is said about Virgin Atlantic in both economy and business, but I haven't actually flown them!
BA need to refit the Club World seats. Only United and BA now use the 2 4 2 configuration. That worked 18 years ago when BA inaugurated the first flat beds, but other carriers now offer more privacy in their premium class.
I do believe a 1-2-1 configuration will be released next year on the A350 fleet which may even have doors. The crew and food are great but the seat lets them down, thanks for watching anyway.

I flew the British Airways 747 from Chicago - Heathrow in June, 2019. The Club World experience was wonderful. The seat arrangement on this aircraft is horrible. There is very little room to stretch out. I felt like the flight crew tried to rush our service. I wanted a cocktail before the meal. They insisted I was to order the meal. The food wasn't memorable. When morning came I asked for breakfast, the flight crew said that I did not order breakfast. They never came around to ask if we would like to order breakfast or that we needed to order it. The toiletry kit was almost non-existant. I will try to avoid flying British Airways in the future.
Hi Dean,I don't understand what you meant by wonderful. All you wrote after that were complaints. The reasons why we don't take British Airways are that horrible design of seats and the crew service. Who wants to fly facing backwards? The seats look sooooo tight too.
