I just recently started watching your videos, and I've gotta say I really appreciate your outlook on things. I've seen some of the other videos/ shows and there's a lot of stress going until they hit the jackpot. You guys make it fun and have inspired me to start rockhounding in an area of central Oregon USA known for having fire opals. I'm looking forward to doing this with my 11 year old daughter who likes to make jewelry. Keep up the videos guys!

killing it guys, been following for a while it's nice to hear some of your plans for the future. you should do a recap of your journey to where you are now for the newer followers i think it could be interesting to see what some of your ups and downs.

I totally agree!!! Thank you guys. There’s no opal here on Vancouver Island other than “common opal” which you would call potch. (At least in my opinion). I’m in love with Australian opal and it’s all Justin’s fault. I started a search and he popped up so I checked out a video. It’s all Justin’s fault!!! I have now subscribed to a RUclips channel for THE FIRST TIME EVER!! I now own a 10” slab saw AND a CabKing AND I now treat every rock like a precious opal from Australia ❤️

I just love watching you guys. I am getting towards retirement and now, you have inspired me to retire to the outback, (I have lived 2 years in Narrabri back in the 80s). So I know the climate well.
