@@X_ASuccessor no, I like greek statues. The ancient Greeks had it all right with the perfect body proportions. Before modern gyms and/or steroids, the "demon body" wasn't possible. Women evolved to want Greek statues (fit physique), not hulks.
@@justStardust940 the demon body is definitely possible with the right workout plan and diet. sure steroids make it easier to attain and can provide some insane muscle growth, but it's not really impossible. and different people have different preferences, just because you like a certain body type doesn't mean women as a whole "evolved" to like it. by the way, at some point in history, women were more attracted to fatter men because it shows they were wealthy 🤷♂

Obviously you dont understand anything about rear delt bs rotator cuff anathomy. If facepull takes rear deltoid you are doing something very wrong, it simply isnt rear deltoid exercise, period. There is exercise that reminds facepull and Im almost 100% sure you are mixing it to that exercise,that is pure rear delt movement.@@LiamLKV

Facepull isnt even a backshoulder exercise and there were some akward other errors too.
