Possibly the best beaches in the country, at least tied with Cornwall anyway...Just got to time the weather which is a skill in itself.
I will be coming back in March 2025 for a visit. I lived in Bournemouth from 1964 (birth) until 2009 when we moved to North Wales. I have seen the changes to my beloved hometown through you excellent videos, and I can say it has changed so much, which I will see first hand next year. I really can't say the changes are for the better though !!
The beach is the one really for Bournemouth itself.

Love Bournemouth, have friends and family here. One of the best places in the south to visit especially if you like beaches. Great central location to go on many hikes - new forest just round corner, Jurassic coast, the beaches. if only it had Fantastic weather all the time 🤣 i wish...

What a lovely day, great weather. I haven't been able to enjoy the beach really at all this year. Far too busy working and it seems its only hot and sunny when i am stuck in the office.
It always seems the way. Rains at the weekend and then sunny during the week 🙄
What's not to love.Just spent a week in Bournemouth.Seven miles of beautiful clean beaches and coastline, plenty to do and see and some gorgeous places to eat.We didn't want to pack up and go home.😭

I do miss the old bandstand. Although its still there, it seems to be very rarely used. Good ole fish and chips can't beat it. However Harry Ramsdens seems to be bloody expensive now 😳 Have a most awesome day Anne 🤩
