In my experience you got to be kind to Canada and get some loyalty
Pretty much every time I palyed as them they stayed loyal. You have to be very liberal.

I remember when playing Canada and I formed the uk you lose Canada. And I had made Canada into the most industrious place on earth
They should let you keep Canada tbh. Like i get why dutch gov in exile loses DEI after forming netherlands but Canada was a big part of the empire and it has been the goverment in exile for so long. You should have a choice to keep it.

is it me or did you not follow what tech to follow or why you're not doing trade for the required materials for the production at the start and such other details? New to the mod and new to the game so I just googled the most recent KR Canada guide :)

some other countries outside of germany got changes as well, it's not that big of a change though
i think you can play as syndicalist germany in kaiseredux, so play it (play any path you want btw)
Am I wrong or Canada used to be weaker in previous versions? It hadn't the buff for recruitable population and had less divisions at he start if i remember correctly
