I grew up next to a First Nations reserve in Canada, my great-grandmother was Huron-Wendat. Whenever my friend and I used to tell scary stories when we were young, no one would tell the story of Windigo, it was forbidden. it calls it. But when I started watching your videos, it brings all that fear that when we were young, scared to death of what the blizzard and mid-winter cold brings from the spirit world.

I am a skinwalker and you can't believe the attention I get when I turn into a bipedal dog man. It's a rush, but at the same time I want people to understand that we skin walkers deserve respect too. It's not easy skulking around all day then by nightfall turning into a monster. Be kind, don't run, don't make it hard for us to get a bite to eat. Please.

As a Wendigo, I took that personally.
I love how you can go from something super sad or scary to just being so cheerful and talk nicely. I laugh every time.
As a child, when I lived in the sticks in Ohio, I used to see a coyote with ashen fur and crooked eyes, which walked with an odd bow to its hind legs. It usually approached the house in the dusk hours and would sit at the end of the old dirt driveway, only to be gone by morning. I remember how I would often sneak out to offer it some of my dinner, but it always remained untouched.
It could've been nothing special, but I'd always been fascinated by it, and I sometimes still dream about it.
It kinda upsets me they wouldn't tell the guy in the first story anything, just leaving him in the dark. I mean he's there too, he's experiencing it as well, he kinda deserves to know.
I always love listening to these.
Although I can’t say they don’t scare me a little, I’m from Idaho and live next to the woods and mountains. It may sound odd but I always look towards the woods for a chance of seeing something.
I'm in Vermont and I do the exact same thing.

I live in Texas near some land the belonged to the Caddo and I do that too. Me and a few of my friends all agree there’s some freaky shit out there and two of us have had an experience with it

I caught an unidentified cryptid outside my cabin calling my name to lure me into the woods. I grabbed my metal bat and zip ties and found it. I broke its knees zipped its limbs and proceeded to put butter on its cheeks. Then I spread its cheeks and pounded it prison style saying I’ll stop when you call me daddy. I didn’t. Eventually I tire and let it go. Never had a cryptid problem again

i actually had a dream like that were i "woke up" like 10 times in a row.
i was laying in the exact spot on the couch that i fell a sleep on
but in the dream as i tried to sit up i barely could.
i had to use all my strength to slowly push myself of the couch for about 5-10 seconds and just as i finally sat up i "woke up" in another dream again, having to do the whole thing over.
it never happened again after that but i still think about how odd it was

The boarding schools of us natives are the worst thing to happen I feel, me I am 24 years old, there is STILL the old boarding school building standing in my reservation , yes it’s abandoned and fenced off, but younger highschool me and many others explored it and it’s just a horrible feeling knowing that you’re grandparents were forced away from there family’s to forced to live another way, forced to forget who they were and made it a shame to be native. As someone who has a history of sleepwalking while performing complex tasks (I mean, it was nice to wake up to freshly cooked bacon and eggs, even if the eggs had a bit of shell in it, and the hot plate was still on... And who has really lived until they have woken up half-dressed while driving the car a few miles from home?), anyway, what you described sounds nothing like sleepwalking, and much more like a mimic or Wendigo.

I think I know what the person in the story 3 was about I was like that to I am a native and ummm if you hear a loved one call you have to go to the place where you heard them and you should call out the, name and say come here you and then you should be fine if you don’t do it something bad will happen to them and if you here someone whooping in the forest you do not yell out or else they follow you home and then you you have a problem and if you find a hand print on your body and you don’t know who’s it is then good luck idk what to do about that your welcome for the info if you did not know and ✌️
