It's currently 4:46 am, sitting in the middle of nowhere in the Blue Ridge mountains in my trashy little open face tent, listening to wendigo stories... It doesn't get much better than this.
Gigachad
That sounds good just listening to wendigo stories in the middle of the night in the woods hearing the russle in the bushes and seeing to yellow eyes peering at you
you're THE man hahah, I wish I was doing the exact same thing, instead I'm stuck at home making dinner :
Sir do you require a wheelbarrow for your nuts
Once you realize your fears exist only in your brain, it's easier to do things like this. . .
My friends think the forest we live in is haunted, but I've lived here for 700 years and never noticed anything.
Do u and ur friends talk or do you sit in the woods stalking them
Your ancient
Very very old Forest anything could be living in there
[Grandpa disappears in a specific and secluded place]
Person: Yep! Looks like a nice, cool, chill and COMPLETELY safe place to be. A hundred percent. Trust me, dude.
Right?
B n my u.c gu BBC theaw a
I mean they said it happened years ago when they were a kid
@@kindadecent9754 all the more reason not to go! If you know that the place has been abandoned for years or decades at this point, and someone just misteriously dissapeared there, who's to guarantee that meth addicts or cokeheads haven't taken up residence
@@kindadecent9754 yeah, but still feels kinda fishy, doesn't it? Even if it wasn't a supernatural creature, it could be something like a serial killer who lived in the area, a gang who used to go to the area for secret business, or something of that nature. Either way, none of the options makes me think of that place being potentially safe and cozy.
I love wendigo and skinwalker stories my two favorite cryptids. Ever few weeks I check your channel for more. Other narrators just dont sound as good
Thank you!
@@talesofhighstrangeness in two weeks im going on a 3 day camping trip, maybe ill have you some more stories lol
I live out in Colorado. My parents have a 100 acre ranch out in the middle of nowhere. I can confirm, I've heard a lot of weird stories from people out here about things they've seen or experienced. Parts of Colorado have a similar reputation to Skinwalker Ranch, just not as high profile, and not as bizarre as Skinwalker Ranch.
But pretty much anything from bigfoot type stories, large strange canines, wendigo, UFOs and cattle mutilations, all of that you can hear out here.
Then u should not listen to these kinds of stories u won't be able to sleep😂
@@hawkzcs9818 nah, I never get spooked about it unless I'm out in the middle of nowhere by myself. Especially at night. I'm more concerned about mountain lions. I've never had a weird experience out here, although I had a couple growing up in rural Virginia.
@@scottcantdance804 Mountain lion calls are terrifying
I think it's time to move???
My girlfriend lives in pine west of Denver, we’ve both seen something in the woods outside of her house. Don’t know what it is but every time it looks towards us it feels like it’s looking into my soul. Bone chilling is the only way to describe it
YESSSS MY FAV TYPES OF SINISTER STORYS
Mine too
Same
He’s really the best at wendigo stories
@@josiaha5260 definitely
Same like I just get lost in how good he narrates i also love wendigos/skinwalkers
Music and sound effects are doing an amazing job at raising the tension. Narration is great as always but even better with this addition. Thanks a lot for the video.
And it's used sparingly, which I think is better
Thank you!
definitely gets the listener more involved
These stories are the reason why I don’t think I’d ever go camping 😂
This stuff is EXACTLY why I'd go camping.... heavily armed of course, but I'd still do it nonetheless!
@@jebstuart3 i guess if your armed and have a few ppl it would be ok
You have to go camping. It's the law.
These stories are the reason I do go camping
@@masterprediction7353 Have you seen anything yet worth making a video about??
sitting here in the mountains, rain falling, scared to death listening to these great stories. Addicted.
The second story is downright terrifying. I can't believe that the creature just so easily got inside the cabin. I hope the narrator was able to find closure as to their grandfather's fate.
Why are these stories better written than almost any online fan fiction or user submitted stories?
Because Mr. Sinister is educated and not a defensive jerk who needs correcting, like other youtubers are.
Your Wendigo stories are my favorite, it’s the accent for me💕💕
The wendigo disliked
Always hungry always cold. Poor guy
My background is ojibwe and most of my family on my moms side is from wawa territory in northern Ontario Canada around Lake Superior. I’ve seen the one we don’t say the name of multiple times and have dozens of friends and family who have also had encounters with it. The second story sounds the most spot on. 90% or more involve no sound, an owl sighting followed by intense blizzard
@bãßßêt theres nothing funny about wawa when you’re there though it’s a 7 hour drive if you’re just passing through by car your phone will say “no service” 🤣
Love these narrations. Cryptids are rad. Spooky stories are rad. And Mr.Sinister is SUPER RAD
I was just about to go on a hiking trip in the mountains - but after hearing these stories I really don't know wendigo.
Good pun
😂😂😂😂
Skin walker not wendigo still creepy tho
@@demetriusdamarkus1440 skinwalker is just as bad as a wendigo tbh a wendigo is probably worse
Bahahahah omg that was great!
I live in Colorado. There are homeless people that live in the woods. When we go into the woods, I am always carrying. Better safe than sorry. I don't believe in monsters.
That shouls just be the norm really... How many people would die from coyotes, bears, wolves, deer or moosiah if all americans that went into wooded areas carried a .45 just to make noise and scare off these animals
More of these please. I would also recommend doing some type of war stories, the idea seems cool to me and could definitely see you doing a great narration of some
Agreed
And if you want to stay more in line with the rest of your channel, there are tons of accounts of paranormal things happening to soldiers and lots of encounters with humanoids, those would be equally great!
I wonder if Wendigos think that the taste of our flesh is not as good as it was say 100 years ago vs today? What with all of the preservatives that we eat as well as other chemicals. But the higher sugar levels and high fructose corn syrup has got to sweeten the deal.😉
Or if they get High when they eat people who are on drugs
Not a bad thought, considering a lot more people seem to survive encounters to tell about them nowadays.
@@CharlieHorse4363 because they know we eat fast food and red40 bullshit 😭 they like Awh hell naw
@@iitsstd lmao legit 😭😭✋🏼
I absolutely love this channel so much! Thank you for finding and sharing it with us all ♡
Just discovered you on my Recommended List. Love your content and I'm so happy to find a new creepy stories channel. 🥰
I've been wanting to write a story like this but I keep putting it off.
do it
GO!
I lived in myton Utah and went out spot light hunting and me and my ex gfs brothers all heard a baby crying out in the distance, mind you it’s nothing but hills and trees around us …the nearest house is 15-20 miles away. Being from Hawaii I had no idea but the guys were shook and their massive dog was in the back with me shaking and whimpering. This is the same dog that destroyed 8 coyotes without a scratch ….needless to say we booked it out of there but the dog kept shaking until we got back to town. I’ll never forget that sense of feeling like I was being watched and followed
Love the pictures, please to continue to upload with more pics, ominous/eerie background music and also forest/rain noises please :) huge thank you for sharing your narration skills my favorite narrator ❤️ keep uploading for Halloween please and thank you 🙏 absolutely brilliant narrating and great work picking the best stories!
Wendigo stories/creepypastas are the most fascinating to me. I'm always super excited to hear a new wendigo story!
As someone else said, posting to help out with the algorithm, but I also love your channel and have been recommending it as much as possible!
Thank you!
You put emotion into reading which alot of people don't do when they read these types of story's which i really enjoy. Love the content
These videos are always so strangely relaxing to listen to. Keep up the great work!
Scary stories, great narration, the backround music adds so much to the creepiness too. Thanks !
AHHHHH THOSE TYPE OF STORIES ARE THE BEST!💃🏼
You sir are one of the lucky few...most of the channels I've subscribed to have been from my accidentally hitting the button when I fall asleep with my phone in hand. Haha I subscribed to your channel today because I definitely feel that you deserve it and thoroughly enjoy your reading...and I'm fully conscious
Thank you!
Great video! I’ll never get tired of your wendigo stories!
22:29 if this were real life, he would have accidentally stepped on a creaky board or something or the door would creak when opening and alert the thing. Managing to get into an old cabin and sneak across to the table without making a single sound is some insane Hollywood movie level luck
As always Bro...awesome stories. Thanks
Just found your channel and I’m enjoying it very very much, Keep doing your thing 😊
I really enjoyed this, keep up the great work
Just stumbled onto this channel. Nice video. Subed. I like the relaxing narration style.
Commenting just for the support. Scary stuff, dude
Ranch style house? Usually built in the seventies. I grew up in one it’s vertical venal panels as exterior siding. And a kitchen radio on the wall. Loved it.
Loving the readings and looking forward to more wendigo, skin walker, and mothman stories!
Thank you Edgarclay! More on the way!
You deserve more credit for your videos !!! Love them , keep it up
Thank you!
In Colorado Springs they’re called Politicians 🤣
Thank you for your time on this you do a great job
Thank you!
I love wendigo stories
Fire stories my guy! Keep up the good work
I listen to a lot of narrators, but I find myself more excited when I'm notified that you have a new video out. You have character in your narration, imposing emotion and energy onto every story. I find myself closing my eyes and it's almost as if you transport me into the stories so I can feel as if I'm part of the story emotionally if not physically. And I'll confess, when I read a book myself, I often find myself hearing your voice narrating in my head. Thank you for sharing yourself with all of us!
Awesome, thank you for saying so!
👌🏼👌🏼 another great one. I can’t wait for the next.
Absolutely no one:
Mr. Sinister: My Dog Bruno
Me: WE DON'T TALK ABOUT BRUNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
i’m obsessed with listening to these stories!!!
Beautiful scenery in the vid, great stories.
This video was cozy yet creepy at the same time :)

Exccelent vidoe, thanks for the great narration. ^^
Thank you!
these are my new favorite stories to listen to while i play sims haha
Plsss do audio books, your voice is so perfect for audio books man.
Excellent story and narration love your channel
Loved your narration! Nice voice 👌👏
Love your narration, I hope to hear more about alien encounter, wendigo, skin walkers anything you’ve got it 😁
Un hairless creature, also known as a creature with hair, double negative means a positive
I thought he said "A hairless creature"
That thing with the pale skin and yellow eyes in story three was probably grandpa from story two.
Love these stories ❤️
Great stories and awesomely narrated!! Any stories about gnomes, elves, little people and leprechauns?? Thanks
Thank you! I think I did one story a while back but I’m not sure which video!
TTS is king but this channel has a great narration voice to wind down with. subscribed!
Thank you!
Comment for the algorithm. But seriously, love your work, keep it up!
Thank you!
Your stories are on my top three favorite Narrators
Awesome, thank you!
Get this man to 100k !!
Thanks for some future sleepless nights while camping.
The best voice I’ve heard so far that I can listen to while studying. I have severe anxiety due to studies and this honestly calmed me down! Thank you 🙏🏼
That’s great to hear, thank you for letting me know!
Oh this brings me back!
I disagree with some of the comments recommending background music. That would ruin it, IMHO. I dislike any kind of music or background noise during these narrations. Takes away from the scary stories and is too distracting.
Knowing that the hairy wendigo thing is just from the design of a movie and the "original" wendigos are skinny and hairless (kinda like the game "until dawn") it just throws me off of the story when they describe it.
Know that the guy who made that movie said that he created that design himself without being aware of the real one at the time.
Love your stories, does anyone know where the 3rd story took place? You mentioned Auckland jungle adventure, and I stay in Auckland so I really want to know.
Subbed for sure
binged all of mr ballen and making my way through all of mr sinister now hahaha
Great voice! I really enjoyed the stories !
Thank you!
Dude. You are vibing some David Attenborough status narration. Nobody will ever compare to him but youre damn near close and i like listening. Talk about whatever you want.
this is perfect for Halloween!
Love your narrating
Thank you!
I'm from CO Springs and I can back that guy up. We have wendigos out here I've seen them. We have a crazy paranormal vibe out here. Gotta stop giving these aliens edibles 🤣🤣
Just laid down in bed and saw Mr. Sinister added a video, it’s a good day.
But it certainly isn't gonna be a good night
skin walker and wendigo stories are my bread and butter 🤤
I can think of lots of reasons non-wendigo related, to move out of Colorado Springs.
Dude your voice reminds me of John Hurt. Awesome stuff
That IS a compliment!
Continue on with these storiessss plssss
I love this content
So convenient that this video came out hours after I was talking about wendigo with my cousin all night
I love this Channel!!!
Thank you!
I live in the Pacific Northwest so I normally listen to take notes of what to and what not to do. Like my tent better be made of bricks or I’m sleeping in the truck lol. Guns loaded (not that they do much good on cryptids.
Yes please do the big video!
I love this channel
Thanks!
more stories like this please
Love your stories do you think we could get more werewolf horror stories?
Thank you, I plan to do some in the future
My house is right behind a forest. WHAT COULD GO WRONG🥴🥴🥴🥴
Well done!
Love your vids
