  • The third week at Navy ODS was amazing! Just when I thought that I had most items down, a big surprise was right around the corner.
    Enjoy Week Four!

very pleasing to hear you talk. You are a teacher and we can tell just the way you speak. Thank you for your support for other people looking into this career

I appreciate that! The educational background was something that definitely helped out during ODS. The multiple hour lectures and the memorization sessions transported me back to grad school! :) SO THANKFUL for the experience.

Loving your videos. Just finished at the gym and sitting in the car outside of a sushi restaurant waiting on the BF to get here. 😆 🍣 Can’t wait for my commission packet to get finished. Started this journey two years ago.

thanks for making this video. Do we have to do front stroke swimming or can we do back stroke? Also how many pushups please.

Hi! You are welcome! We could do any stroke across the poll (thankfully). I varied it up by doing a front stroke and then back stroke when I became tired. :)
The push-ups vary for each age group. My age group only needs to do 13 (I think) and I always try to exceed this. :)
